Great, it's working :D

But  why the "+4" at this line ?
Quote
Code: [Select]
Copy(GDB+4,A,226)
I don't know at all :P
I tried it without the +4, thinking that would work, but it added 4 strange characters at the beginning and removed two ones at the end. Then I added the +4 and everything worked perfectly.

Lol, CubeField :P
This was ported to Nspire in Lua and to z80 in Axe.
And it is faster on the z80 O.O (and it could be even faster with Full mode *.*)
Well, try to reach 9000 points in the Lua version, and you'll change your mind about which one is faster :P
Try to reach 20 points in the z80 version with Full mode and you'll change your mind too :P
But yeah, that is the problem with your CubeField. We have to play at a very slow speed for a long time before fun starts :(

As you may have noticed, developpement has slowed down a bit. During a week or two, I was coding around three hours a day, and it was really tiring. Currently, I play minecraft (the real one) and spend less hours on the computer, so updates will be less frequent.
Don't worry, there is already a lot to do with this version we already have, so no need for frequent updates ;)
Just don't give up :P

I don't know why your program doesn't work but mine do :D
(but it wight be a good idea to manually delete Str1 before using it)

Code: [Select]
.AA
[]->GDB1
GetCalc("Str1",226)->A

3449: You try to plug in your T.I. all the headphones and earphones you see but you can't find one that is compatible with the I/O port.
3450: You're listenning music with your T.I.
You need a 2.5 to 3.5 adapter, then you'll be able to listen to music :)
With TruVid, you can even watch movies on your 84+ :D

Other Calculators / Re: What should I buy?
« on: October 12, 2012, 01:19:00 am »
Alright guys so I have a question: there are two great color calculators out thre, the Nspire cx cas and Casio prism. Which one should I buy? Or should I just bide my time until the new cm-c or cx-c to come out?

Better to make an opinion yourself instead of seeing an ad for the Prizm: http://www.omnimaga.org/index.php?action=articles;sa=view;article=87

Here is a program that fills Str0 with those characters. It is in Basic so you can easily change it to store them in Str7 ;)

Tell me what you think and if you have suggestions for improvement  :)
Well, first feature request, of course, opening files. I don't see the point of saving them if we can't open them :P
I'm working on this right now :P
If you are lazy (and I won't blame you for this :P), you can first make your program work with file association so you don't have to code a file browser ;)

And the last thing, I didn't manage to save properly using Ctrl+S. Quitting and saving poduced a noname file but when I tried to save with Ctrl+S, I wrote /documents/nTxt/test and there was no test file ???
You probably have to add the .tns ending.
Lol, that's true XD

You're right, I forgot to say that you'll only see your documents if you add the .tns ending. Should I modify nTxt to add it automatically?
That would be a good idea. Because now I have a file in my calc that I don't even know how to remove since I don't see it :-\

I think only one or two GH project actually supported sound.
Yeah, I saw this one. That calmed me down :P

!Update. Replaces the specs table with a picture, since it otherwise looked screwed.
You could have used the [table] code :P
This article is great, it is objective and really helps choosing the calc according to people's preferences, unlike some biaised article I saw on another website that purely advertised for one of the two calcs :)

edit: I gave you your 112th post rating :P

Secondly, I didn't try, but are those txt real txt ? I mean that if I open it with Notepad on my PC, will it display fine ?
Thirdly, the interface is lacking. Could you add on the left a column with the number of the line for example ?
And the last thing, I didn't manage to save properly using Ctrl+S. Quitting and saving poduced a noname file but when I tried to save with Ctrl+S, I wrote /documents/nTxt/test and there was no test file ???

Other than this, it seems great already, good job :D

3433: After releasing a calculator game in your school, other students call you God.
True story for me too XD

3434: Now everytime you play a random game on a calc, they ask you "What are you coding now ?" (True story)
3435: You get 3434

I just realized that script was an older and faulty version so I made the correction.
Ah, so this is why it didn't work :P
Anyway, I deciphered the non working script and managed to convert vids thanks to it anyway :D
I'll try if the new one works :)

Thanks for all your work !

edit The link doesn't provide any download ???
