Great job ! This will be very useful for arithmetics. You know when they ask you "what is the relainder when you divide 2 9001 by 193 ?" and you have to find a power n of 2 with 2 n==1[193] because they think the calc is slow, with your engine, you just write the calculus and it is done

Bug report ! (yes already ) This Sonic game doesn't work on my CX. The non CX version causes the calc to freeze (expected) The CX version can be launched and be quit but I am sure the game doesn't consist of a grey screen Other games run well. Other than this, great work

*yay* progress!Awesome (lol, I made a typo and wrote Axesome ) I tried this and the map is really realistic (even though I first landed on water ) Is the waiting time of the beginning due to the map generation ? (If yes, it will only be here when starting a new game, so it is okay)

Is the problem that it can't display the whole number and puts "..." instead ? I don't know anything about your program but if it treats the output as a string, it can check the length and split it if needed to display parts of it (I don't know if that is possible or if that can work ).

By the way, does someone have a nice idea for the guy's sprite ? Or if someone would like to draw it for me, it would be even more awesome...
What would the dimension be ? What are the allowed colors ? (note that I am not proposing myself because if I do it, it might take a while )

(Just so we don't lose them, I regrouped everything here) (It is called Final 1 because maybe there will be more ) (note that this is not my work and that some may be missing) (Also, I tried modifying the tree, see the image)

@Hayleia : Here are your 8x8 rock and tree, the reason why I didn't do them that small before was because it is hard to make stuff look good small
Yes, I know that. But the calculator is only 96x64 so 8x8 is better Thanks anyway (also, you are fast )

yeah sure thing
Thanks Look previous post, since 1.X.X 3 and 4 grayscales have no difference (I'm surprised too).
O.o 83+ supports 4 lvls well ? I didn't see that post (wasn't here last week). That is good news

Yes, i was here when those came, but the rock and the trees are not 8x8 Would you mind trying the rock and the trees in 8x8 ?

Erm... I quickly looked into the attachements of this topic and didn't find any 8x8 sprite sheet. Two possibilities: - I didn't look where I should , help me ! -There is no 8x8 sprite sheet So, would someone (saintrunner ? ) like to do a 8x8 sprite sheet with 3 levels of grey, preferably (for 83+ compatibility) ? (By sprites, I mean the trees, rocks, ground etc, not the items that are already done )

Also, the sprites in the screenshot are 4 levels of grey, right ? (not good news for regular 83+) I think 8x16 maybe a few bigger, but I made them so you can cut them to whatever size you want
So they weren't 8x8 if they were bigger or equal to 8x16 This is why Jacobly had to quickly create 8x8 sprites for the 8x8 tilemapper But it would be better if those sprites were some of your awesome sprites. Jacobly just wanted to show his land generator, not his sprites.
