Humour and Jokes / Re: Limited Edition S.A.D. Peanuts Available« on: September 22, 2010, 09:57:28 pm »could I have an empty bag for the peanuts topic? TIA. What does TIA mean? 1833
TI Z80 / Re: Motherload« on: September 22, 2010, 09:24:37 pm »You know, what I do in the PC version for earthquakes is instead of digging a one width tunnel, I'll dig it two wide. During earthquakes it's just shifting it to the right or left, and two wide makes it easier to find, so I can reclaim the lost distance. That's not my problem as much as having to lower myself little by little (needing to redig) rather than falling to previous location in under 15 seconds 1834

Okay, I have 4 bags so far ready and reserved which I'll hand out soon. Shipping is expensive, so I just want to see how many requests I recieve.
Looks like Reese's is on a promotional kick, by the way, there's a bag of KnightOS peanuts in the works as well, we can expect them in a few days. I want one! Apparently Reese's very, very impressed by this site. Way to go all! 1835

Apparently, I recieved a letter from Reese's offering me peanuts for all of the S.A.D. fans out there. So I accepted their generous offer, and I have 100 bags available. Anyone who wants one need only say so on this topic, and they will recieve one (1) bag of limited-edition S.A.D. peanuts. I also have a very special bag--the Protar Bag of Peanuts--for DJ Omnimaga as a thank you for all he's done with Omnimaga.
The rest of the peanuts will be given to new people who are fans of RTS games. 1836

ASM / Re: A couple of quick questions regarding the flags register« on: September 22, 2010, 07:05:25 pm »
For some reason, the carry flag is NOT set when a number overflows with inc/dec, not even an 8-bit one.
For example: ld l, 255 inc l does not affect the carry flag. 1842

FORTRESS
The fortress produces Balkstones and Pterdactyls for the Ptaloid race. Only Balkstones can be produced immediately, Pterdactyls require a Galactic Hermotha. 1843

I think that'd be great! 'Fraid not, because I never tested any of the programs. I'll leave that to penguin77, mentioning it in my last lesson 1844
S.A.D. (Seek and Destroy) / Re: S.A.D. General Faction/Race Strategies« on: September 22, 2010, 11:33:43 am »Good idea. Also I am curious if you'll have a beta testing phase when this gets finished, to see if all races are well balanced near the end? I have two testing stages planned, even thought people can obviously test the alpha versions ahead of time. The first will be testing the gameplay, where only the Human race will be available. People will be able to play Human vs Human. The next one will be after all game code (including AI) is finished, and that's when I'll add the three other races and have a beta test phase with those. I'll ask Buckeye about multiplayer internet for Wabbitemu, but you should suggest that to him too The Tosonians do have the Taleck, which is similar to the lurker. 1845

During the testing stage, I'll test probably every race. But being a Protoss fan, I'll probably play as the Tosonians
