Humour and Jokes / Re: Why 42« on: August 24, 2010, 06:08:56 pm »Quote Hate...ooph too bad, sorry for annoying you with this then... Hey, I chose to read this. Try not to feel too sensitive. ![]() Besides, I apologize, I was trying to make the comment sound more like I was saying it with a chuckle. It was aimed at Douglas Adams, not at your story. It is very hard for me to give the true nature of my approach when I use typing rather than talking directly with someone. Your story was very cleverly done. 2029

Project M (Super Mario) / Re: Project M Reboot« on: August 24, 2010, 05:25:16 pm »Project M is what I'm currently working on at the moment. Is that for your sake, or for everyone's? I know that for S.A.D., I had to add lots of comments to old code for my sake 2031

ASM / Re: Multi-Page Apps, what's the difference?« on: August 24, 2010, 10:32:44 am »You are thinking of backslash ("\"). "/" is division in every assembler I know of. So then with integer division, is the answer rounded in case of a decimal answer? 2033
S.A.D. (Seek and Destroy) / Re: S.A.D. The Tosonian Race« on: August 24, 2010, 10:25:35 am »Wow, I missed this topic. Thanks! Anyways, you didn't miss much. The Ptaloids and (especially) the Tosonians still have a ways to go. 2034
ASM / Re: Multi-Page Apps, what's the difference?« on: August 24, 2010, 10:22:57 am »Quote Don't you need ($-$4000)/3 rather than $-$4000, though? In some assemblers, / doesn't work for division, and for good reason. Instead, it's like the TI-Basic colon, allowing one to place more than one ASM instruction on the same line. 2035
News / Re: Omnimaga seeks for new staff« on: August 24, 2010, 10:19:47 am »Do I qualify? I don't really think so....Well, you need a project and that Metroid game looks really cool, so... Wow, what metroid game? * Hot Dog needs to catch up on "The Omnimaga New York Times"

Nostalgia / Re: Nostalgia - My Axe Parser Contest Entry« on: August 24, 2010, 10:18:17 am »Quote Another idea I got is to make the sprite move a few pixels closer to you when it's their turn. I concur. 2037
TI Z80 / Re: Unnamed RPGish Game« on: August 24, 2010, 12:54:59 am »Thanks That's what I thought. Besides, I'm using Internet Explorer, and most screenshot .gifs run slower on internet explorer. 2038
S.A.D. (Seek and Destroy) / Re: S.A.D. The Tosonian Race« on: August 24, 2010, 12:51:48 am »Interesting. Will there be a way to get rid of the fog with detectors and the like? Probably not. Remember that most Tosonian Buildings reside in the air (and I forgot that when I worked on some of the graphics), so detector uncovery gives Reclaudas and Hawks an unfair advantage (since they can attack Tosonian Air Buidings). Right now, the way to get rid of the fog is to destroy the fog machine. Even though it is not visible, one can figure out where the fog machine is by looking for the "center" of the fog. 2039
