^^i'll do the same as yunhua

quick question- in star fox 64 there is a robot named "rob64," who helps you in training mode and gives you items throughout the game. what do you think of a rob-ti character for this game?

Imo a training mode would be a help if it doesn't require space.  There are people (including myself) who hate using simple .txt files for help.

Yeah, the trouble with using $ is if you all of a sudden have to add lines of code, you have to recount the number of bytes necessary.

I found the local labels very useful, as I was tired of trying to come up with names for each and every label.

By the way, calcdude84se, you can also go jr nz, -_ (jump to one underscore backwards))

Awesome man!  Especially the characters!  I assume you still have to do Falco?

Not yet. One of my computers is out of usable memory, the other simply isn't working. I will once I have access to a computer that can do screen-capture and has TI-Connect.

I'd be willing to post screenshots for you, that is if you're able to put a program up online.  That may be the problem, and I'm probably just not getting the point 8)

POINT DEFENSE / ANTI-AIR DEFENSE

The Anti-Air Defense of the Tosonians can detect units.

RCASIS AND CHASLER

The Tosonian Operation Center and Transformation Gateway.  The Rcasis can only be destroyed with Plasma Torpedoes.

You will probably notice that this "transformation gateway" is smaller than other races.  Actually, I'm cutting down the size of several sprites (including the Human Transformation Gateway) to avoid cramped space, as well as save some calculator memory

VASHORIN WORMHOLE

This is one of the unique Tosonian buildings.  A Tosonian player can, for a price, use this building to open a wormhole to any acceptable, explored area on the map.  The wormhole takes time to power up (for right now, 10 seconds), and a warning will sound similar to "Nuclear Launch Detected."  Something like "Wormhole Detected."  The Tosonian player reaches his destination by going to the building and teleporting.

This leaves the enemy a choice...either destroy the wormhole end to keep the Tosonian player from getting through, or use it himself to reach the Tosonian player (since it's a two-way wormhole).  However, the Tosonian player can shut the wormhole off as soon as he wants, so if he is able to get his forces through the wormhole and turn it off before the enemy reaches it, the Tosonian player gains the advantage.

Since one should be able to "see" how many forces the enemy has when spying, I've decided that a player with a scouting vessel (such as a Scouter or a Reclauda) will be able to select an enemy Transformation Gateway / Operation Center in the vessel's line of sight.  The player can then see how many ships (and what kind of ships) his enemy has on hold.  This strategy will NOT allow a player to see what units are on the battlefield.

Here's an example picture of everyone's favorite lobster in the game.  As was mentioned previously, the lobster is the icon for the amount of food (like supplies/underlings/psi) a ship requires.

Yeah, great font and great progress!  Keep it up!  Does your font allow lowercase letters, out of curiosity?

I remember that someone had an idea for a 3D non-raycasting engine, but it never got off the ground.  The fact that there exists something 3D for the Ti-83+ that isn't "raycasting" is amazing.
