What is the difference between the _gen and normal versions of these programs?

You might want to consider getting a GitHub account (if you don't already have one) and putting these projects up there.

TI-Nspire / Re: SDL ports for Nspire« on: May 01, 2015, 12:00:48 pm »No SNES emulators will run at decent speed on TI nspire. Well, gpSP runs pretty well (for some games) and the gameboy advance is more powerful then the SNES (someone even made a SNES emu for the GBA) so a SNES emu should be feasible. 125

Any chance of you porting/making an SNES emu? That's what the Nspire really needs.

The Axe Parser Project / Re: Axe Parser Compatible with 84+ Keypad?« on: April 29, 2015, 01:59:21 pm »I have no idea if this applies to the nspire, but do you use a dumped ROM or a generated one? Iirc axe in it's current version avoids using undocumented instructions to keep it compatible with the monochrome nspires. But at least on computer emulators, it doesn't work well with a generated ROM. It does not apply to the Nspire with 84+ keypad, it has a built-in emulator. 127

TI-Nspire / Re: Cave Story for TI nspire CX« on: April 23, 2015, 10:00:25 pm »
This is awesome! I was hoping someone would port NX-engine to the Nspire!
EDIT: Think you might be able to get this on the downloads page on cavestory.org? They already have a TI-BASIC port. 130
TI-Nspire / Re: Nspire Emblem« on: April 21, 2015, 06:55:16 pm »LDStudios was recently working on a Portal port, right? That might explain some of the graphics... Good luck with the project, can't wait to see what you all come up with. Yes he was, but that has nothing to do with the graphics. The units are just placeholders for now, and I chose that because I think it looks nice and it was easy to do. 131

There is a simple graphics library for micropython, look at the demo that comes with it.

TI-Nspire / Nspire Emblem« on: April 15, 2015, 05:49:46 pm »
Lately LD Studios and I have been collaborating on a new project in lua for the Nspire, a clone of the classic GBA strategy game: "Fire Emblem", the project name... "Nspire Emblem" (isn't that clever...)
Current Screenshot (graphics are temporary): The plan is to have a semi-complete fire emblem game, with lots of items, characters and chapters, as well as a great story line. As of now, it displays the map and all of the units, and you can select units, and move them within a given range. Stay tuned for more information, and comment if you have any ideas/suggestions! 135
