I tried sending it to my TI-84+ Silver Edition and TI-Connect said that the program was made for a newer OS version. I have 2.55, which I think is the latest.

One problem though is that it only uses SDL for the graphics output, it uses the console for text output.

Are you sure you are using the old kernel? The new one doesn't support USB.
