Hope to get back into this soon. And Lua Programming in general. Also I didn't realise my v1.2.4 didn't release on ticalc.org or on here either.

Hi everyone, I haven't really done much Lua programming in the last 5 months, but I realised on my calculator yesterday there was a program I had been making, most likely in late 2012, fiddling with lines and curves. It is called Transport Chooser atm. I think I was unsure with what to do with it at the time, and also unsure with what to do it now or what I was intending to use it for. Still it is worth sharing, even though it is extremely simple.
Basically Transport allows you to choose different types of tiles/tracks, that are straight lines, curves, intersections and the like. You can currently cycle through the different tracks using the number keys and move the track position, but you can't currently place it. Most likely would have to create an array for that, and haven't really programmed with arrays yet. That's pretty much it.
Thanks, and I hope to share more new and improved Lua creations soon.

Oh one problem with the TI-nspire Computer Link Software is that it asks to install the latest version if it detects there is one. Which is currently 3.2.3. I'm still running 3.1.0, and made sure it was TNOC'd. This is another problem, with people not aware of the anti-downgrading issues

Keep in mind that if you buy it on Ebay, there are chances that it won't come with a working TI-Nspire Student Software license. I would stick with OS 3.1 unless your teacher forces you to upgrade. A new Ndless that runs on OS 3.2.4 and 3.6 is probably a few years off.
You can of course always use TiLP
For just calculator linking and filesharing, the TI-nspire Computer Link Sotware is free and works fine. However the TI-nspire drivers are not compatible with the TiLP ones, so you can only have one or the other. But if you buy a new calculator, it should come with the Student Software License which has all the file transferring features of the Computer Link (though in a different looking interface), and much more.

I can't believe I haven't seen this before. This will really help me try and get back into Lua programming. Now only thing is more convenient .lua -> tns conversion and loading into emulator, which there might be some tools lurking around that I haven't discovered, or forgotten, or not know how to use.

It's been a while since I used this. Last time (probably sometime in 2012) I hadn't really configured my kArmTI with the original TI-nspire skins properly. I had a v1.13 working properly though, but the old skins wouldn't work on the new versions. Today I finally got that all good and sorted using the v1.13 recycled skins, hoping to keep up to date for now. Though the recycled skins are smaller than 100% size, they fit on my screen resolution nicely.

The TI-89 Titanium is discontinued? How did I miss this?
Same as well, I thought it was still continued until last year, seems like it was discontinued before I even got a TI-nspire. Really nice graphs, I like the 3D perspective of the first version, though shadow could be less prominent.

Omg, this sounds really crazy. Before it was about ndless and TI trying to fix a few bugs, now it seems like they are fully intent on blocking out every possible source of downgrading, and even neglecting new/updated calculator content! It's like they have a full crazy team dedicated to "anti-hacking" on the TI-nspire. What do they achieve with this? Nothing beneficial much to the end user.

Impressive graphics so far. I really like the crafting/furnace/inventory interface looks almost like the original one! Thanks for giving the rest of us inspiration.

Right posting incentive, and with the programming contest coming up soon (which I had all but forgotten), I hope I can post a bit more this month. This year mostly I've only posted a few times per month.

Hey guys, it's been a while since I was actively posting and contributing on Omnimaga. But today I present you with a piano arrangement of some game music! It's the Quinn Login Game Music from League of Legends. For over a month I was stuck on 90% complete but I decided to get it done and it's uploaded to Youtube as well! My first Youtube video. Watch and listen here: Sheet Music is also in the video description: http://www.mediafire.com/?k32kjk82op06puhHope you guys enjoy! PS: I need to learn this on piano for myself now, this is just a playback from Finale composing software.

How much will changing the time zone affect the stats? The top graphs are nice, though quite condensed, I wonder if the range could be chosen to view previous years' stats.

Just keep winning each round of Otello as easily as you can. If your opponent gets the corners too early in the game you'd better force the AI into a no move situation pretty quick or else the game goes down the drain.
