True. There are 110 original songs I think (including TotKotM), 10 Mashups and 12 Cover songs. They can be downloaded at dj.omnimaga.org, however most of the album art and other info, and filenames are all messed up. I am hoping to create a download with all the correct information, but haven't gotten around to making it yet.

I like it Jonius. it's quite calm as someone said. Also I like how the software got reverb. The instruments are MIDI-like, but with reverb it sounds great. Also i think this would fit well in a video game. (RPG town)
Thanks DJ_O The reverb is from Garritan Ambience, which can be set for many instrument settings for the Garritan Instruments in Finale. This was the nice Piano Solo Stage setting. Also funny how you say it would fit in a video game, as people in my class commented on one of my previous melodies (Jason's Melody No.7, despite the numbering), that it would suite a video game too.

Oh right I forgot the spam section required 1000 posts. X.x Anyway I moved it because there was no website URL in the post and you didn't add one. It would have been funny if you had one and it linked to some weird site or a redirect
I thought I could still post in spam long before 1000 posts though. how do you get the dev oses??
This was taken from a public document on the Internet... but you really have to know what to look for in order to find it (and still, we weren't really expecting this when we found this).
As for other dev os things, I had the opportunity to see quite a lot while I was in Dallas (at TI's). Also, some of us are alpha/beta-testing the new 3.2 OS (but there we can't say much .....)
Wow there are dev OSes on the public internet domain? And I wonder what would TI stand to gain by releasing this theme editor? They don't really release appearance features such as these. Shame it won't work to a great effect on non-CXes tho...

Oh, totally forgot to ask. I installed python but don't quite get the instructions, this line in particular: Also note that in order to do this you need Python 2.6 or Python 2.7 installed in your computer and they need to be in the terminal path. I had the tns file in the same directory as the .py file, however from the instructions, it seems like I need to have the Python install files in the same directory too! I suspected this when I saw that the command line had "python" in it python tns2lua.py MyFile.tns MyFile.txt Any help on this? Also I created a batch file for this for ease of use: @echo off set /p tnsfile= Type the tns filename (without extension): set /p txtfile= Type the txt filename (without extension): python tns2lua.py %tnsfile%.tns %txtfile%.txt Though it didn't seem to work. Help Please

This looks great! Though there are so many useful tools for the TI-nspire these days, it'd be good if there was a list of them somewhere. I might create one.

Wow, I just noticed that DJ_O's songs really motivate me while coding! Thanks a lot, DJ...
Good Idea Chockosta! I've used DJ_O's music for other purposes but not for coding yet Also do you have all of his songs? (besides TotKotM album songs) I have a list of them here: http://ourl.ca/13482Also you can listen to the full songs of TotKotM on Youtube and Bandcamp and on radio.omnimaga.org (and also 57o9)

We have a group of newer programmers that were celebrating their first birthday at Omnimaga. (such as Stefan) http://ourl.ca/15328 And I am disappointed in myself in not really posting updates to my own projects But things are ok overall, I guess.
Also something I found: Copy to Clipboard when in

does not work. In Chrome at least.
Flash? Javascript or Ajax maybe? Overall Omnimaga is great. There aren't many sites out there that are as customised as Omnimaga!

Why Guthammer 6000 though?
I wondered with all the references to OVER 9000 why it was called the Guthammer 6000I am also wondering how it reminds me of Minecraft diamond tools...

Necroposting because I need to clarify a few things. I used polydumper yesterday (after installing ndless ) on my nspire clickpad with OS3.0.1 W00t! took up a lot of calc memory space, but it dumped the files I wanted. boot1 was there, boot2 was also there (however the file size was slightly larger than the boot 2 from an OS file, does that mean a real boot2 dump contains some extra stuff?) I've heard of the diags image but I have little idea what it can be used for. Then there was the os.img file, which took the longest to dump. What is the os.img used for (in respect to nspire_emu) if you can use .tno files?
Also, I've heard about .bin files, not sure how to get those, how they work and how they can be used for nspire_emu.
Hopefully after clearing this up I get a better general idea of the different files within the nspire .
You mean 3.1 right ?
Also, the diags allow you to see some internat things of the calc and their status. As discovered by critor recently, it also allows you to get out of some bugs without having to batttery-reset the calc.
These files are for nspire-emu for example, yes
Um yes! I did mean 3.1.0. I tried booting with boot1 but it didn't work properly. And how about the other stuff I said?

That is weird, DJ_O, good thing you brought it up. It is taking a while to load, maybe there is a lot of downloading/uploading required for that board page?

Wow there have been a whole page or so of replies since I posted. I did say that Tor/Vidalia is an alternative to finding proxies. It allows you to connect to the network by other users relaying the network to you.
