Site Feedback and Questions / Re: How we can improve Omnimaga?
« on: March 27, 2012, 03:13:45 am »
You're talking about the community in general posting more right? Well in that case I agree, though it is difficult for anyone to maintain a record of consistency as resilient as yours, DJ_O ;)

Site Feedback and Questions / Re: Quick reply and post warnings

This does happen but I'm not completely aware of it?
And I'm not sure exactly, you can't exactly see other people's posts when you quick reply if you refresh the page can you?
Usually I have to refresh the page anyway.

General Discussion / Re: OmniPlayer2
« on: March 27, 2012, 01:49:48 am »
Oh :|
EDIT: Maybe I am bumping the topic but also the below:
The topic title is confusing me here. It is about our favourite songs on Omnimaga Radio, not just Omniplayer2.
I just listened to It's the End of Time and was surprised that I could hardly recognise it at all. After going through the list of songs (shuffle) with lots of songs I must have not associated the particular music with the song name.

« on: March 27, 2012, 01:48:16 am »
There are three moons? O.O
No they are just humongous scythes in the background lol jks :P
So I guess the mountains gets the sun (or is it a full moon?)
and the city only gets the cresent of the moon.
Overall, they are some of your best userbars

OmnomIRC Development / Re: Omnom IRC down?
« on: March 27, 2012, 01:39:25 am »
Well funnily enough, Omnom was blanking out for me not very long ago, namely 12-24 hours ago. :P Tried it in Opera and it worked, so went to delete Chrome Cookies and Cache. And volia!

Nah it was removed after the old posts were merged with the current site. Not sure why the board re-appeared. Maybe a database rollback occured (for the board index)

EDIT Right now the section is still intact for me, but only when logged in ???. Wouldn't it be better to just plain delete it completely?

A much cleaner method than just leaving it there, definitely.
And I guess a NXT Subforum is not completely needed yet. There's not that great demand for it, though I do own an NXT myself.
However if anyone becomes a CoT they get their own projects subforum ;)

TI-Nspire / Re: Rush Hour

Screwed up in what way? Are the level numbers graphically scrunched or intact but just positioned wrongly?
Or is it something else?
Hmm... Also need a better Lvl 60? I really like some of your levels, they have creative solutions. None of them are extremely hard though.

Also the way you move your pieces in your version is different to the Electronic Version. In the Elec version you "pick up" car move it back and forth and press enter again to place the car. In this way, the number of moves could be counted, as the Electronic Handheld told the player the minimum number of moves required. That could be something implemented once you've got everything else going! ;)

Other Calculators / Re: Ti-nspire link software
« on: March 27, 2012, 12:49:59 am »

Though the link for the TI-nspire Computer Link Software on the TI website may be hard to find, or they may have actually removed it O.O
They removed it, indeed, for 4 month now.

You can find it here : http://tiplanet.org/forum/archives_voir.php?id=1711
Indeed, you can't update and take screenshots with a CX, but you can still send documents.

Actually they removed it from public viewing, however I managed to find a buried link in Google Search results that may still be there ;D

I'm not 100% if we can delete them, but we can block accounts, definitely.
And thank you Juju. I will do my best to use my power for the greater good!
I've blocked the user that was just posting spam a few minutes to a few hours ago.

Also I hope everyone who has an account on the wiki has the username the same as here on the Omnimaga forums, so we can recognise not to delete/block your account.

Computer Projects and Ideas / Re: Speedcoding
« on: March 26, 2012, 10:17:59 am »
I only see the Omni background and It's X turn, and nothing else ??? (I hear Superstar Hero music too).

Btw would making an entire RPG with at least 12 hours of gameplay in two weeks count as speedcoding? :P

ooh, maybe that's why it's called SuperAwesomeTicTacToe, to take from SuperStar Hero.
And creating a game with 12 hours of gameplay in two weeks could be considered as speedcoding on a epic scale  ;)

Woot! Just realised what my post count says! Looks very cool in lowercase :D
