This is a nice idea, but it is good to try out some easier projects first. For Angry Birds to work on a calc it's got to be quite efficient I think, and if you do want to try this out, aim for simplish physics first and then try adding in the harder stuff.

This looks nice! I like the system of arrows on the edge of the board instead of a marker on the board.

So we've decided it's a platform game of some sort? Maybe you could add some platforms and other things to jump on. Maybe some switches that unlock doors and other things. I know you require more, but it's tricky right now. EDIT: More ideas and more details, tricky for me to come up with more details right now.

Wow I can see how Netham45 is gaining all his posts from the original board. There are a significant amount of them, including significant amounts in spam, lol.

Unfortunately you can't use matrixes directly since the data table application doesn't let you use them. (How would you represent different number values, for example?)
You can't? I thought you could refer to the variable that the matrix is stored in (with also row number and column number) and then use that.

Wow, I have not ever posted in this topic (at least I think so) and did not know it was a general topic about calc concepts and ideas and stuff.
Well I have some concept ideas for making a Lua Terraria, but that is down the track when I get good at Lua and comfortable at graphical stuff. Also some of the Sim games (like SimAnt) is also what I thought of.

Hmm as this is a screenshot I guess the spelling error appears on it! Lol. Looks very nice, it reminded me of Minecraft diamond tools for a second. Why Guthammer 6000 though?

Yeah, Brutus was Caesar's adoptive son and for some reason Brutus killed him. I don't really remember the details either, they probably didn't told us either. Or they told us in detail in a hour long boring speech.
Not entirely correct. Octavius was Caesar's adoptive son. He later became Emperor and was given the name Augustus. Brutus was one of the Roman senators who was part of a group of senators and conspirators that killed Caesar. Caesar was stabbed multiple times, as Yeong said. Yeah, that happened 2055 years ago.
That I think is correct (as there was no Year 0). 15 March 44BC I think it was. The Ides of March OK. What happened was that they(conspirators) thought Caesar was ruining the Republic with his dictatorship and all that stuff and decided to murder Caesar to save Republic(Caesar was stabbed 23 times with the dagger, iirc). As many people knows, that didn't happened, and none of the conspirators died by natural cause.

Be sure to use brand new batteries.
TI-Nspire Clickpads stubornly refuse to boot if they don't like your batteries.
They do? Is this the problem HOMER-16 was mentioning? I remember ndless1.1 didn't like batteries being kept put and every time you wanted to turn the calc on you'd have to remove and place again a battery. Getting a clickpad is recommended, though.

How can I learn Lua? I've barely progressed beyond basics. Possibly the best few ways are these: 1. Take source code and analyse it line by line what each line does and how they link (takes a while and lots of effort) 2. Instead of transferring documents of Lua games, manually type out the source code into oclua. (takes a long time too)

Good points DJ_O. I am generally trying to help other members at the moment as my own projects aren't all that great. It does seem that the calculator community is quite resilient and will continue to function for a while. As for Omnimaga, things have grown exponentionally, especially in the last few years, and it is now huge!!! Good luck to Omnimaga and the future of calcs, and may we reach that 300000 forum posts mark!

Oh I do not have much of an idea this happened. I was in exams at this time. Anyway, good to see the issues have been resolved.

Damn that must've taken a while to practice, and played so flawlessly. I really suck at piano, even though I've completed AMEB Piano For Leisure. (also due to the fact that I don't practice enough either)
