If you don't remain polite, what you might actually do is simply discourage people from signing up on the forums. They will find your posts and act like "Wow! Look how bad they are treating their users at Omnimaga! I'm gonna go to another site instead.", which happened before elsewhere and to a lesser extent here.

I hope not! I hope Omnimaga doesn't have an image like that outside the community :|

Iguess there's always the trick of setting everyone's date to their 1st post ever, but then there are people who signed up months before their 1st one, so Netham45 would have to skip anyone who signed up long before their first post

That would make things even more inconsistent overall.
And I'm not sure what you mean Stefan. DJ_Os posts per day is still based on the registration date of 25 August 2008.

That reminds me I still have Omni backups lol. If there ever was a major crash and Netham45 lost everything including backups, at least I could be able to give back anything from 2004 to July 2011

I wonder how big the backups were back then?

Well I've been reading the 'getting started' pdf, and at the end theres a list of hotkeys/combos.  Theres a combo that says to 'check syntax and store (in program editor)'.  But theres no combo that actually takes me to said program editor, or anything in the index mentioning it either. So I guess I just need to locate the program editor, hopefully that'll be what I need!

TI-nspire Basic is probably my most experienced calc language (except perhaps Casio 9850 series Basic) so I can help you with some stuff.

By combos I am thinking pressing particular numbers so that you can reach the program editor?
Then these will help:
New Page: Menu -> 4 -> 2
New Program (OS 2.0 and below) : Menu -> 4 -> 9 -> 1
New Program (OS 3.0 and above) : Menu -> 4 -> A -> 1 (I am still used to the OS 2.0 shortcut )
And yeah, you can discover other ones by yourself as it is indicated in the actual menu.

Any other help with TI-nspire Basic feel free to ask!
And Lua is something for TI-nspire OS3.0 that is less limited and can create good games!
Speak to Chockosta, cyanophycean314, Ghezra and others who all have great Lua projects for help on that!

Yeah TI-nspire Basic Code is different and cannot be written as concisely as Code on the TI-83+.
I'm actually surprised that the TI-83+ Code actually works. I didn't know that EndIfs were not needed.

Ah so the Computer Link Software will still function in the basic functions of sending documents which is good , but to update the OS for a CX then you'd need TiLP I presume.
