They will find your posts and act like "Wow! Look how bad they are treating their users at Omnimaga! I'm gonna go to another site instead.", which happened before elsewhere and to a lesser extent here.I hope not! I hope Omnimaga doesn't have an image like that outside the community :| 603
General Discussion / Re: What time signature is that song?« on: March 26, 2012, 08:26:57 am »* Jonius7 still thinks 2/4 cannot be completely ruled out and is perfectly legit The beat is definitely faster than in some other songs.

Site Feedback and Questions / Re: Inconsistency with Posts per day.« on: March 26, 2012, 08:23:36 am »Iguess there's always the trick of setting everyone's date to their 1st post ever, but then there are people who signed up months before their 1st one, so Netham45 would have to skip anyone who signed up long before their first postThat would make things even more inconsistent overall. And I'm not sure what you mean Stefan. DJ_Os posts per day is still based on the registration date of 25 August 2008. 605

Miscellaneous / Re: Low activity from me« on: March 26, 2012, 07:47:00 am »That reminds me I still have Omni backups lol. If there ever was a major crash and Netham45 lost everything including backups, at least I could be able to give back anything from 2004 to July 2011 I wonder how big the backups were back then? Also I haven't been posting much either recently. 607
TI-Nspire / Re: Rush Hour« on: March 26, 2012, 07:38:17 am »
Hopefully you're ready to release the 60 level version? I enjoyed the levels so far.
Btw there's a bug in lvl 15 with some of the blocks in the top left corner (or somewhere near) that creates an extra car that makes it impossible to solve. 608
Introduce Yourself! / Re: Shortsonfire79 joins the club!« on: March 26, 2012, 07:35:07 am »Well I've been reading the 'getting started' pdf, and at the end theres a list of hotkeys/combos. Theres a combo that says to 'check syntax and store (in program editor)'. But theres no combo that actually takes me to said program editor, or anything in the index mentioning it either. So I guess I just need to locate the program editor, hopefully that'll be what I need! Hi ShortsonFire79 and welcome to Omnimaga! TI-nspire Basic is probably my most experienced calc language (except perhaps Casio 9850 series Basic) so I can help you with some stuff. By combos I am thinking pressing particular numbers so that you can reach the program editor? Then these will help: New Page: Menu -> 4 -> 2 New Program (OS 2.0 and below) : Menu -> 4 -> 9 -> 1 New Program (OS 3.0 and above) : Menu -> 4 -> A -> 1 (I am still used to the OS 2.0 shortcut ) And yeah, you can discover other ones by yourself as it is indicated in the actual menu. Any other help with TI-nspire Basic feel free to ask! And Lua is something for TI-nspire OS3.0 that is less limited and can create good games! Speak to Chockosta, cyanophycean314, Ghezra and others who all have great Lua projects for help on that! I myself am trying to learn Lua (but I'm afraid I don't have enough time really...) 609

Now there's like 12000 ids and only 1970 actual members still here (including permbanned accs) How disproportionate... 610

Oh wow I wanted to delete spam and do something ages ago but didn't know how. Now I can! I shall happily do so!
EDIT: The current users are still going to create spam. How can we help to delete these accounts? EDIT2: How do we delete pages? EDIT3: The pages cannot be undoed easily as trying to go back several undos at once usually comes up with the message "the page could not be undoed as there are several conflicting intermediate edits" or something! What the hell am I meant to do if I can't really participate in Axe Wiki Spring Cleaning! EDIT4: You can use this page here to find most offending pages: http://wiki.axe.omnimaga.org/index.php?title=Special:LonelyPages&limit=500&offset=0 EDIT5: Left some notes on your talk page: http://wiki.axe.omnimaga.org/wiki/User_talk:Juju2143 612
TI-BASIC / Re: 83+ to nspire nx rewrite fail« on: March 26, 2012, 06:00:17 am »
Yeah TI-nspire Basic Code is different and cannot be written as concisely as Code on the TI-83+.
I'm actually surprised that the TI-83+ Code actually works. I didn't know that EndIfs were not needed. And Hi ElementCoder! I'm Jonius7, also known as jhgenius01 (you would have visited my website at jhgenius01.webs.com) Haven't really seen you around that much, but good to see you! Wonder if superbany has an account here. 613

Other Calculators / Re: Ti-nspire link software« on: March 26, 2012, 05:49:52 am »
Ah so the Computer Link Software will still function in the basic functions of sending documents which is good , but to update the OS for a CX then you'd need TiLP I presume.

Other Calculators / Re: Ti-nspire link software« on: March 26, 2012, 03:29:47 am »
I am still using the free Computer Link Software, which works fine enough.
Should I be switching to TiLP? Though the link for the TI-nspire Computer Link Software on the TI website may be hard to find, or they may have actually removed it |
