So, how many calcs can run off one arduino? One to one, or does it support higher?
You can connect a full CALCnet network to the Arduino and make all of the calcs connect to gCn, I think.

EDIT: Just realized: CERTIMG is copyrighted or something, right? In that case I won't actually post it here.
There's not any code in CERTIMG - there's just data (such as your calc ID, and permissions for your installed apps).

Kay. I just dumped my Prizm using Goplat's program.  ;)

PM?
If it involves distributing OS/ROM dumps, I would ask that such material is shared outside the forum/PM system, though, because it would be against the board rules due to copyrighted material.
What we're mostly trying to read right now is (I think) the OS, which is probably going to be released in the form of an OS update by Casio later. However, this doesn't change the fact that it's copyrighted code that we may end up in trouble with.

General Calculator Help / Re: Where to download Nspire 1.1?
« on: January 05, 2011, 03:30:49 pm »
My last question is can I still hack the ti-nspire in ti-84 plus mode?
You can't hack the Nspire itself when it's in 84+ mode, but you can hack the emulated 84+. However, some hacks (such as writing to the 84+ OS) are impossible on the emulated 84+.

Well, they do have a financial interest in keeping Ndless down. It hurts the Nspire's test ratings to allow people to install third party software on the device.
Yeah. They're trying to prevent it as much as they can. Because they don't have the right to stop Ndless itself, they took down OS 1.1 from the internet instead, and tried to add more security to the newer OSes (but they haven't suceeded yet).

Ti is retarded, even apple doesnt make iphone firmwares illegal, also if sharing firmwares is illegal then I guess even hacking the ti-nspire with ndless illegal as well?
Hacking the Nspire isn't illegal - we're writing our own code. However, the OS updates contain copyrighted TI code, so TI has the right to sue if someone publishes them.

The beta versions of Ndless support 2.1. If you want to use an official version, you can use 1.7 instead.

Ndless supports OSes that are newer than 1.1, now. There's no need for 1.1. If you still want 1.1, all I can say is that you won't find it here.

I don't think there is a *wrong* way to make a game.

...Unless you write it in Ruby and make it platform specific to the Commodore 64.
Or if you scale the display to 1*1 pixel.

RaNdOm NeWs Of TeH W33K!1!1!:

I just got unbanned from this forum site called "Toolkitzone" where i learned how to actually program using this really HLL called "RPGcode".  I lost so much respect (not the same as the click to get kind we have here :3) when I said it was a "Vrey High Level Language" and that z80 assemlby was a very low level language.  they thought that I thought that RPGcode was much harder than what I was trying to achieve next, which in reality as you all know of course, LLL's like assembly are much harder.  BUT WHY am I explaining this to you all here?  It's gonna be seen from people in toolkitzone who I am about to post a link to this page to, and they don't know shit about anything besides C++ and RPGcode.

I got banned in september for some reason even when I never logged on, and I found out a few days ago my avater was blocked for trolling.  Of course alvin the chipmunk looks like a troll, I must've forgotten.  Everyone here on omni say cheese to the TKers!
lolwut

That seems like a weird forum.
