That looks awesome! I'm not really understanding what it's doing in the screenshots, though...

Casio Calculators / Re: Prizm goals« on: January 05, 2011, 02:58:07 am »As for a shell, I wonder if it will work like on the TI-73, 82 and 85, where a hacked backup file of the RAM is sent to the calc?It seems like an add-in is the best choice right now. 1100
General Calculator Help / Re: Recovering from a corrupted archive« on: January 04, 2011, 04:04:56 pm »As a reality check, CERTIMG should be 3984 bytes, right?I think it's supposed to be 16 kb (the size of one page)... 1102
Casio Calculators / Re: Prizm goals« on: January 04, 2011, 01:21:19 pm »I don't know. Given that the format is very similar to .flv files, I'd be surprised at that, though.I found it! Page 15-8 in the manual, under "Plotting Points in a g3b File". "A g3b file is a special Picture Plot file that can contain up to 30 images in one file." 1103
Casio Calculators / Re: Prizm goals« on: January 04, 2011, 01:03:11 pm »Aren't .g3b files limited to 20 frames or something?Archive: The current restraints of 16mb of archive put a limit on future development. External archive additions will need to be created to open up more possibilities. Doing this though will require great knowlege on the Prizm's ports and usb protocols. 1104

Wi-Fi would require a Wi-Fi dongle, and possibly an external power supply as well as a lot of processing power. It would probably be possible to use Wi-Fi in some way, but it might not be very fast or efficient.

Gaming Discussion / Re: Scriblenauts« on: January 03, 2011, 02:34:27 pm »Oh. I've only played the first one...Well, more precisely, the first Scribblenauts ignores adjectives, but the second one does implement adjectives.Even if you trimmed the words down to a couple hundred, you still have the images to deal with and their individual actions (AI). Adjectives would be simple enough. A single number representing the certain mix of adjectives, overlay a sprite on the base sprite (flames on the pterodactyl). And then, you'd have to limit the number of independents on the screen to roughly 4. ROUGHLY.The DS game actually ignores adjectives completely, unless an object name does contain that combination of adjective+noun (which is rare). 1107
