Axe / Re: Routines
« on: October 18, 2010, 11:11:37 am »
Well I wanted to post the source for a routine I had just made, but the option to attach files seems to have vanished... ???
It's because of the server move, I think.

Chiproll as in a 8-bit rickroll?
Chiproll as in not related to Rickroll at all except for the fact that it is a song.

What i can't understand about nspire is:
how can the same calc use graph3 in a emulator [which means it probably is slower than real 84 - but i can't say for sure as I never tried a 84 serie]
which draws quickly 3d graphs, and at the same time, using it "normal" OS can do only slow 3d things such as those tns for plot in 3d or Nspir3D?

...
Because the normal OS is not very optimized for doing stuff quickly.

You can remove the " and ) at the end of the line (on the TI-83 series, that is. I guess it's similar for the Nspire.)

EDIT: double ninja'd ;_;

I just noticed - the code you posted in your introduction post isn't completely optimized. Remembering to optimize is the key to TI programming :P

Awesome. I'll try downloading this now... But maybe TI-Connect won't let me send this to my calc. It's been screwing around with me a lot.

Well, the main part of my signature is a picture of Burmy and Wormadam... A friend made it for me last year, and since then I've been using it on many different forums.

And yeah, I also added a quote to my signature here. It's from a thread I forgot about.

This doesn't seem to be an OmnomIRC glitch. I never use Omnom, and the glitch appears anyway.
