I want this ported to the Prizm with real pictures and animations! ;D
As soon as we figure out how to access the 3-pin port, I'm sure Kerm will be interested in porting CALCnet to the Prizm.
3 pin already good. Based off some disassembling I've done the Prizm uses the Renesas serial controller on the 7730 model processor. And once we find the usb peripheral we'll be good there too.
So we can send data using it however we want to? O.O
Please publish how to do it, either in a topic or on the wiki. It would be awesome.

Lua / Re: A message to Nspire BASIC/Lua programmers

Better making a Readme readable by the calc (or even inside the prog) because when we send the prog to a friend, we can't always send the Readme.
Or even better: Include both a separate readme as well as one inside the program.

I have fake illegal (joke) peanuts

And real omnimaga peanuts

I don't think you should post those "Blue lobster" peanuts, since you didn't make that bag, and especially because it says"Limited edition: only 5 bags produced". I'm guessing those five bags are already given to someone else by the maker.
Maybe that's why the file name is fake blue lobster edition? :P
* JosJuice assumes that Netham has kidnapped all of the real blue lobster peanuts already

ASM / Re: OP registers

Yes, it's probably because of the difference between the 83 and 83+. Check if these ones are correct:

It should be the same on the 84+ as on the 83+, since there are not very many changes between the two.

I discovered this text on TI's website a while ago. It was pretty funny to see. :P

Gaming Discussion / Re: [3DS] Team Fortress 2 MPO files (3D images)

Sadly, I can't look at these right now... My school's ISP seems to block filedropper. I'll make sure to check these out once I get home, though. :)
Is it possible to download the MPO files to the SD card using the computer instead of using the 3DS browser?

EDIT: I got home now, but I have no idea about how to download things from that website. There doesn't seem to be a download button. ???

Miscellaneous / Re: Dreams

Today, I dreamed that Scout made a post on the Swedish Pokémon forum... In Swedish. O.O
He didn't use Google Translate from what I could see. His grammar wasn't perfect, but I still had no idea how he managed to know so much Swedish. :P

For reference, I think he knows about five words IRL.

Casio Calculators / Re: More PRIZM bugs?
« on: June 09, 2011, 01:47:00 am »
I haven't had any problems at all (except for when my calc couldn't be detected when using a TI cable >_>), and I'm using Windows XP 32-bit, with both USB 1.1 and 2.0.

DJ_O, you well deserved this +1000 respect, you're an hero here. Thank you for being the best :D
Er, I think you should rewrite that D:

An hero is not at all the same as a hero...

1675 bis: you say "Pause 108000" instead of "Wait a minute"
But that's not 16-bit ???

Casio Calculators / Re: Casio Prizm documentation

So it doesn't just return to the OS? That's great. I wonder if the SD Card messages were just left over from the older calcs or if the Prizm will support it O.O
And what's up with 35?

EDIT: What number does this syscall have?

What OS version lets me do 3D stuff?
3.0.1 and 3.0.2, but these do not allow you to use Ndless. Also, do not update to 3.0.1 without using TNOC, and do not update to 3.0.2!

Casio Calculators / Re: More PRIZM bugs?
« on: June 07, 2011, 02:19:35 pm »
Yeah that could work. Personally I am not confident the Prizm will take over TI, but there will still be a decent userbase online.

Ti has the nspire cx and the nspire cx cas.  Casio has the Prizm and the ?  I think that when the ? is known then the TI and Casio offerings can be fairly compared.  Surely Casio is working on an improved version if its Classpad with color screen.  I am looking forward to what the Prizm CAS model will be and I suspect that it might come with some developer tools to.
I don't believe that they're working on a color Classpad or a CAS Prizm... They don't really have any reason to do it so soon after releasing the Prizm, which was a huge step.

On a related note, the routine responsible for displaying the hex in Simon's Insight appears to be the routine responsible for the Locate bug. From what I can tell in the source, that looks like a syscall named PrintLine().
So the plan of action will be too disassemble that call, find the bug, then write a program that modifies the flash and fixes it. Doesn't sound to hard ;)
Or maybe we can tell Casio about it? An OS mod wouldn't be very useful for this, since everyone who wants to play the games that we make would need to install it, which they might not want to.
