How do I save a variable to a var out of my program. Say str1? And how can I do the opposite too?
Do you mean take the data at a pointer and put in an external var?
I'm already helped by Buttsfredskin and JustCause. I just had to use an appvar and stuff. If Epic7 still wants to know he can look in the logs of yesterday. There should be also a link to a pastebin that may explain it.
So what are you unclear on? I'd be happy to help.

btw this is not necroscript it has only been one month
Bumping old topics to ask "is this alive" still isn't polite. And 'necroscript' is not a word. ^^Holy Crap! I forgot about this so hard! I really hope it hasn't died
It resumes when I actually have regular, unrestricted computer access. ^^

Funny enough, the other day I told DJ how awesome MFQT was by JosJuice. Good to see it revived, even if not by him. Good luck!
You almost got the former author right. ^^

Thank you for bringing this to my attention.

EDIT: why not make it +50 respect or 500 posts?
I support this. Our previous policy on the respect system has always been to deal with those who abuse it on a case-by-case basis, and 500 posts is a pretty reasonable number.

And somehow he's already one-upped my version. Epic work, Leafy.

Perhaps replacing the minimum respect requirement with a minimum post requirement? If the intent of the restriction is to prevent new users from making drama out of downvotes, that seems to make more sense.
This is an awesome tool, though.

I like V4. The lighter blues are nice.

i don't have a blog
Why is this downrated???
Because cantbeetpie's 21 posts were made in about 5 minutes in an attempt to get access to OmnomIRC, and at the moment I believe he's banned.

Miscellaneous Discussion is for, appropriately enough, topics that don't fit in any other subforum. As a reminder, we have a Spam subforum, and postcount topics, randomness, or anything remotely NSFW goes there. If you don't have access to it yet (it requires 1000 posts), you still may not post anything like that here.
Join #omnimaga-spam on EFNet if you need somewhere to vent the randomness. Edited after DJ_O's reminder
Let's try to keep this board uncluttered.

I second everything in this topic. Simply put, programming languages are tools, and for every project you've got to use the tools you know and that will get the job done.
