Miscellaneous / Re: Dreams

Here's how I learned:
1. Reality checks. Whenever something unexpected or frustrating happens, count your fingers, lean on a wall, etc to check you're awake. You'll eventually start doing these in dreams. If they fail, you become lucid.
2. Semiconciousness. Set your alarm late in the night, then go back to sleep. Keep repeating to yourself "I will be aware I'm dreaming." If you can, keep the desired topic of the dream in your thoughts. This is the easiest way to practice.
3. Theta binaural beats.

This is incredible. I question the use of the cursor-based interface (I can't see that as being justified, seeing as the browser's text-based), but this is just...words fail me. WOW.

2 months? You've got quite the pair.

Here's how I train:
1) Create an epic running playlist. Eye Of The Tiger should be on this.
2) Run as far as you are physically capable of running.
3) Start at half that, and every day increase the distance a little.
4) Don't eat crap. If you must carry cash, carry 5s so you can't use vending machines.

I run a 5:50 mile, so this seems to work for me. :P YMMV.

Good luck!

Vulnerary -> Peanuts
Heals 15 (+5) damage. Newly recruited units automatically recieve one.

Shellyhowell, spambot extraordinaire, is the first boss. Class suggestions welcome.

I can now code inbattle talk events between allied units, so if any two members want to write support conversations and such, I'll code them.

Hoping to upload vids before I leave for vacation!

Nope. It's not for lack of trying, though. The new tiles just aren't drawing for some reason...grr. I'll fix it eventually.

I did some work yesterday...

Massive usability improvements to the level browser and editor. Improved bounds checking during level creation, preventing levels of larger size than the calc memory. ^^; Program now gracefully quits if it runs out of RAM. Across-the-board engine improvements made. Better restart prompt after death.

What are black boxes?
You don't know how it works, only that it does. Until it doesn't, at which point you don't know how to fix it.

That would be epic. Last-minuete contest entry, anyone? :D
Last minute?!  I haven't even started coding on my entry...
*applause*

I pretty much know what Tron is. I've seen the movie, too: however, no one's attempted this on calc IIRC.

Multi-layer Tron. Each layer is a different height and different shade of gray. You can move up and down within these layers, going under trails instead of around them.

I haven't really thought this through. :)
