Your clever use of capitalization makes it all better, DJ. Is there a special font for sarcasm?

Extreme Glass Cannon much? I'll buff your Spd too, Valks are underpowered so it'll balance. Enemy Phase will still be hard for you, tho.
As I'm sure you are aware, there is no male Valk animation. If you'd like a male base to work with, FE8 Mage Knights could prove to be usable. Starting Inventory: Thunder 30/30, Physic 15/15, Elixir 3/3, Speedwings. 306

@geekboy: In that case, Blazer's "Ultimate Tutorial" is an excellent starting point. He's a bit disorganized, but it's one of the best explanations you'll get. If you're ultra-serious, head to SerenesForest. I still recommend you use existing dumps, tho.
(in b4 you figure out an easier way to battle frame insert than mine ) 307

I believe it's RGB 0-35 mapped to 0-255. You shouldn't need to worry about it, though, unless you're an epic perfectionist. Use whatever you like, FEditor will fix it during the import.

Geekboy, I promise you that FEPlanet sheets are ~9001 times easier. Palettes are impossible to find offsets to, animations themselves are stored compressed, and everything is stored in pieces. I don't doubt you could do it, eventually, but FEPlanet has already done it for you. And let me tell you, even with experience it's a colossal pain.
NMM is basically an offset changer/reference. I don't use it too often, but it's basically required for palette and animation tweaks. Unless you're Xeda. 309

I can't help you with image editors, unless you're going super-intense and ripping stuff straight from the ROM, in which case you want GBA Graphics Editor, Nightmare Modules, and HxD.
(IIRC, Seph1212 uses GIMP.) 310

Geekboy, this is FE7-based, the first to be released in America.
If you don't want to do an all-out custom, I'd be happy to repalette an existing class sprite. 312

Hi, AOC! I'm on a PSP for the next few weeks, so I can't dump anything for you. If you'd like to start spriting anyway, feplanet.net has an excellent collection of sheets. Just make sure you sprite your unarmed dodge frames: rare, but they do happen.
I've linked in the first post. Using FE7 animations as bases is ideal. The actual images are pretty easy to hack in, and feel free to go crazy with those, but keeping the frame structure makes my life easier. Also, please include a palette reference. Thanks! 313

Here's to the gullibility and paranoia of the previous generation.
Freedom is only a year away, as I skipped a grade back in elementary school but definitely do not plan on taking a gap year. Straight out of the state for me: I'll pay for my own Internet and do whatever the hell I want with it. |
