Oh. Um, Finale...I've been playing through FE8, and just recruited Marisa...
Quote from: FEWiki
An aloof and detached beauty, she is a master of the blade, earning fame as the "Crimson Flash" because of her great speed.
If this bothers you, feel free to fix it.

Wait your 84+SE got rubber keys? ??? I thought they were all made of hard-plastic, unless you mean the text on the keys?

The rubber *under* the keys. None of them have any push to them anymore. :(

You wore it down that much? O.O
Phoenix. 'Nuff said.

(Also, accidentally downrated you instead of clicking quote, then uprated you to fix it. Enjoy.)

wait this is dead?
Try reading the last four pages of this topic.

TL;DR:
It is not dead but I think this might take another direction. It seems to be low priority, right now, and yeah Calc84maniac cycles through projects.

Well, Crabcake has been giving me problems with 0.4.8 (ERR: BAD AXIOM no matter where I put anything), so this likely means I'll have to actually fix whatever's causing everything to break on 0.5.2. See you in three months. >_<

Miscellaneous / Re: New calculator site by annoyingorange

Annoyingorange, I'll put it simply. You have, in a nutshell, arrived at this forum, offended people, asked a handful of incredibly nonspecific questions, attempted to split our userbase, then posted proudly about it. In times such as these, when TI's OS updates are nothing short of acts of war, the community needs to be strong and unified. There are, as others have said, too many fora.

Creating a webs.com site and posting it here is not only pointless and detrimental to the hobbyist community as a whole, but disrespects our staff by asserting that anyone can run a successful forum with little effort. In case you hadn't noticed, the manager of this site recently resigned as a moderator due to the mental and physical stress brought on by maintaining the site.

In the future, think before you post.

Have you ever had a dream so beautiful you woke up crying? That's how this song came to be. As in, I literally heard it in my dreams. Perhaps it was my subconscious trying to tell me I need to work on the soundtrack.

Thankfully, I managed to scratch down the chords and half the melody line before it faded from my memory.

I believe I owe you some songs. Here's a very short preview.

ED: CRAP. The strings did NOT sound like that before. That will definitely be fixed ASAP.

And I wanna sprite!
Aaight, I'll throw up a dump of both Ninian and Nils' animations...though to be honest, I'm not sure you want to use either of them. The two are the polar opposite of MANRY. Check the FEPlanet link if you'd like to see.

and I don't think he needs to be using heavy weapons
Silver Sword Myrmidons = Arena Gods. Aaight, I'll get started on your stats right away! Expect an update in two or three hours. (EDIT3: Haha disregard that I suck at videos. But I have finished data replacements for both Freyaday and Finale, minus new graphics.)

EDIT: Finale, your animations will be delayed because FEditor is giving me problems, but I'll still throw up a vid showing your text and stat replacements.
EDIT2: Finale, you're also missing Luck. For the moment, I'm leaving you with 2+65%, pretty standard, but if you'd like to throw that in instead of Mag (which REPLACES Str, as in you don't even have the stat if you're not a magic user), I'd appreciate it.

<offtopic>+1 sympathy for ALL of you. I'll probably drop out of existence over the summer again because of my totalitarian parents: don't you guys DARE leave before I get back. :)</offtopic>

Yea, inb4 this becomes the new Omnom. Good luck, SirCmpwn!

HOLY CRAP, FINALE! That hat rivals Joshua's in sheer amazing, and the best part is YOU KEEP IT IN YOUR BATTLE SPRITES. WHAT.

Caps due to amazedness.

Con is physical size. It affects which units you can rescue, what units can rescue you, and weapon speeds. IIRC, low Con = higher avoid when using light weapons but you take major penalties when using heavy ones, high Con = much lower penalties for heavy weapons but your overall avoid is lower. I could be wrong, though.

And @DJ_O, I'm not familiar with the pearfish meme. Mind linking me to something?

NOTE: If anyone else wants to custom something based on an existing class, PLEASE LET ME KNOW BEFORE SPRITING so I can give you a sprite dump formatted so I can properly import it. It saves me a lot of time.

In addition to my 84+SE, which has been abused so much that the key rubber's GONE, I recently managed to get my hands on a blue 83+ at a garage sale. $40.

It came with a Yamaha keyboard and Garmin GPS selling for $120 and $85 on eBay.
