The atari2600 was not only hard to program. It was also less powerful. Look at the best nes game compared to the best atari2600 game.

Yep. Compare early calc games to newer ones.

I can program in C just fine, but I never really did something with handling files.

Edit: I'm probably gonna make another tracker from scratch, but this time playing and timing notes will be much easier. It will probably not use all of the features of the soundchip such as filters, modulation, etc. but it will be quite powerful and easy to use (I hope)

I am not that good at programming for the pc and I don't know what the file format of the famitracker modules looks like.
I could write some calculator software instead or alter someones existing software to work with this (TRAXE for example)

I usually write my own link routines. Toggle one pin in the port. This is your clock. Every time want the bit to be 1 you toggle both pins off. Every time you want it to be a 0 only turn the clock pin off. Now for receiving data you send thearduino 8 bits to tell it the calc is in receive mode. Then toggle the clockpin 8 times. On the arduino side you run a bit of hardware interrupt code on the clock pin. Put bits on the data pin.

It's a SID, so that's 3. All channels are fully customizable as opposed to the soundchip found in the nes which has channels dedicated to a certain waveform.

I honestly think that this guy's life is not ruined because he was able to point out the flaw.

Do you not think that some security company's not going to hire him right away due to his ability to point out security flaws?
Did the security company approve of his deed?

I found numerous leaks in the school's system XD Some laptops had special teachers features to them sometimes (god knows why), so we used those to do stuff with cmd, hooking up usbsticks, installing software etc.

One remark: I hear you like sytrus presets as much as I do, but you picked the obvious ones and that might sound a bit cheap :P
Edit: Here is a cover of it using a lot of sytrus as well, but I left out the obvious sytrus presets:

Keoni, there is, we're talking in it right now. :P
I mean something similar to the games an applications archives/download section.

A wiimote requires some kind of bluetooth tranceiver. A nunchuck however uses I2C which is much easier to interface with.
