Downgrade protection moved from 3.0.1 to 3.1.0 (so you can downgrade but only to 3.1.0)

ooops

they said it is a total of $650 of prices, which means $130 per category, so everything start at the same base, since z80 are not mixed with nspires and prizms
Oh, sorry, haven't seen that number, thank you =)

edit : still can't see that number =S

We are offering an electronic giftcard with value $100 to as 1st place prize and $30 to 2nd place.

If I understand correctly, it is a winner for each blended category, whereas z80 wont have the same computerized power has the Nspire.
So z80 programs starts with an handicap to win.

This was an old tutorial I made, but it may help you on how to create the rom

Thanks, but could not create rom for CX CAS. :(
Maybe that (in french too)
http://tiplanet.org/forum/archives_voir.php?id=3846

No CXCAS ...

Just create it by your own using command line
Code: [Select]
nspire_emu.exe /1=boot1.img.tns /MXC /PO=os_cxcas.tcc
Then when the OS is installed use File > save flash.

And run it with
Code: [Select]
nspire_emu.exe /1=boot1.img.tns /F=31CXCAS.rom /N
You can get your boot1 using polydumper :

Lua / Re: Transferring Lua Projects from Calc to Computer
« on: May 19, 2012, 04:23:59 pm »
Thanks, jim.  :D The only thing is that I have to add all the new lines,

I think that something else that notepad.exe will display those lines since notepad.exe wants \r\n for line breaks instead of \n only.

Thanks! That's pretty cool. So now I have the XML file on my computer, but the source is caught up in all sorts of nodes, leafs, words, and whatnot. Is there any easy way to clean up the XML just to get the source?
The link I gave talked about that two posts after :

Here is the working scripted dumper for TI-Nspire basic 3.0.1
You'll need to wait a bit so  that I'll search for the other addresses (OS dependant)

News / Re: Protect your TI-Nspire startup with ZLock
« on: May 17, 2012, 04:37:48 am »
So I downloaded this and put in the startup folder and everything. And then when I ran it and put in the password I wanted, it wouldn't take my password! What do I do? I'm scared.

You can skip the Ndless startup system by pressing ON or Esc while the Nspire boots (I can't remember which one it is).

Something that is on the french topic but not here is a funny fact :
The actual development boot2 has been built 8 minutes before the production one, but with the same version number.

Edit : RAAAH I didn't read it closely. It is here too =)
