I wonder who won't port his own programs to his own OS... I think he kinda has to ;)

nice! another question: will this OS be event driven? or will it be the way TiOS is?

My antivirus (Avira Antivir Premium) detects the setup as a virus/unwanted program, but I really want the program, and I think you didn't put a virus in it? The detectiontype is DR/Swisyn.amhw. can you please help me? Or is this just a stupidity of my antivirus?

I alse got that error serveral times before I switched to TiLP. It occurred when my batteries where lower than half loaded, and when I tried to send files to archive. That's what I remember from those old times. I hope it helps. You can allways switch to TiLP :P

will you be able to drag windows? or will they be like tabs, so you can just only switch between them?

Awesome, Eeems!
This is actually running on the current build of KnightOS - there is no difference between it and Rouge.
but I guess there is a difference between rouge and rogue? :P

News / Re: The REAL contest results are in!

yes! congrats to the winners! It was really fun to join the contest, but I made a way too large game, and therefore I couldn't finish it. I will recreate HoMM, since I think it's a great game, but as it says in my signature, I'll first create a program for school, and then start HoMMfC again. Are there anyway people around here who managed to get my game on their calcs? I couldn't manage to get SirCmpwn's game oncalc. But that's perhaps my own fault. I hope there will be some smaller contests sooner or later as I read somewhere on the forum (I don't remember where it was exactly), but I'm not discouraged by this (epic) fail :P (for me)

not a feature request, but it is a request: can you perhaps summarize all features of KOS in the first post of this topic? that would be very handy for people who just want to know what is is, and it would take me from having to reread the topic, which is growing steadily (which is not bad at all of course). thanks in advance!

I don't really care where the vars are located. I was using their locations to edit them in some old code, but I replaced that code with new code, so for me this is not a problem at all. I could become very handy in cases when you need to store the current screen to an extra buffer, though you could use an Appvar for that. But when L1 would become 768 bytes, then it will be faster to use that, but the difference in duration would be unnoticably small, I think.
