Well, my request would be for something I could use online (as an avatar, actually), but I would want it to fairly detailed looking (so maybe a drawing on paper, then scan it?).

Before I put out a ridiculous request, I wanted to know the skill level of the artists here in drawing sketches and stuff. So, like, for example, drawing a realistic-looking person. If something like this is reasonable, I'll post my request here, otherwise, this topic can be deleted.

Yeah, but there is always a speed sacrifice. Still, you are right, meishe, just because a program is BASIC doesn't mean it can't have good graphics.

Bomb blocks would be cool. For the editor, you could always go with the Mario style one: scroll through the different types with two keys, or select the block from a list

ROMs are illegal to distribute since they're copyrighted, so you have to go download them illegally yourself rip them from your own cartridges
I don't know anything about that at all.
