Sorry, I've been incredibly busy this past week. My activity will be dramatically decreasing for a while. Anywho, that looks amazing, meishe. You've been a big help. If I get some time over the weekend, I'll work on getting the sprites implemented. (The rest of the battle system is coming along fine, btw)

Is there a copy of that around here? I trust graphmastur's work more than some file from ticalc.

Yeah, that's what I was wondering. The second one looks a little better (just based off the description)

So if I use that, does anyone know if the pic to line converters on ticalc work?

yeah, but you can't display sprites with hex in BASIC. I'm trying to get a pic of the sprite, so I can use a program to change it to line commands. (unless you know of a better way)

Now I've got hex code, should I just use Axe or something to put it on the screen, and then use one of the pic to line converters?

I have a magazine article that shows you how to build a computer for $72. (It's a few years old, but still...)

Ohhhhhh....ok. I guess that means the routine I wrote is kind of redundant..

Well, the sprite doesn't take up the whole screen. Would the methods you are talking about still work if I had to make the sprite only part of the screen?
