Sounds sweet are you going to allow emulator support, like TiLP, pindurTI or wabbitemu for debugging/testing?

Fantastic...Overall I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of the sound. You seem to strive on doing stuff on your own that push what has been done out there already. I am truly inspired to pick back up some of my old ASM projects just to see what I can still do. Awesome work man keep it up!

Ya I bought a PSP because as soon as they were hacked/modded so I could exploit it. Generally to play roms on the go. They say that piracy is so bad, and I think it is a factor in hurting some sales. But I think that the majority of good games are still going to sell well whether people are pirating them or not. I'm glad that Apple is at least allowing some jailbroken stuff to come to the official software/OS like custom wallpapers.

That is exactly what I was saying it would have to be done for a jailbroken device. I probably shouldnt have said official iphone/iTouch I meant one running official OS/software. For one they dont allow people to run software that allows for programming on it. BASIC would have got that rejected even before release. I'm busy working on official stuff right now, that I could still use people to test send me a PM if your interested. I probably cant send out anything until June but ya.

You can download the sdk for free as long as you have a MAC. However you cant run unsigned apps on an official iphone/iTouch. For that you pay a $100. I have mulled over this idea for a while on bringing wabbitemu to the iphone(jailbroken of course). I was in the process of converting it over but I ran out of time. I have the source for Will's MAC version and I was working on getting that set up/converted but didnt get much farther than that. It's possible but it can be a lot of stuff that I just dont have time to help with right now.

Miscellaneous / Re: College Decision Help« on: March 29, 2010, 09:02:24 pm »
I agree I've stayed home for the majority of college experience and I prefer the independence that I had when I was away. I saved a lot of money by staying home for the first two years. If you can afford it I think you'll enjoy your freedom a lot more. However you'll be making some good cash with a computer science degree and either way you'll be ok your future is going to be bright no matter what school you'll go to.

I never minded DoorsCS...but I just didnt find anything to get excited about with it. I had a whole bunch of shells on my calc at one point. Crunchy, ION, Mirage, Nimbus, DoorsCS....all of them had their own merits for why I should use them. But I still fall back on Mirage. After all these years I still find the UI nice and simple will a lot of nice features.

Zera speaks a lot of truth and a lot of philosophy that I myself live by. Kevin you are extremely strong willed, you will go above and beyond on something that you believe in. Which is good because you eventually will over come this issue.
If you expect to fail...you will. There are a lot of gray areas in everything, as Zera said you cant look at things as just black and white issues. It sounds like you are working to over come this problem and I truly wish you the best of luck my friend. I know you like music, creating it and listening to it. I do as well, most of you dont know this but I play guitar. What I found, and I know this is true for a lot of other people/musicians too is that music can really free you. It can help you think clearer and forget about everything and more often then not you can get some pretty cools sounds/songs from your emotions. I often turn to my guitar when I just get pissed off and it helps immensely. So what I suggest to you is this, when somebody ticks you off instead of spamming their boards and hurting your reputation...take a break, put on some music or make your own. Everybody has issues to deal with and its hard for everyone...but yet people still over come their issues and live healthy, productive, and often happier lives. You just gotta learn to let things go, and if you cant handle them in a mature manor. No psychiatrist, doctor or anyone else can "fix" you, its up to the individual to learn to handle these problems in a mature way. We are all here to help, you got a great deal of support in this forum...and I'm always just a IM, email, PM away. Now lets put this behind us and move on to brighter greener fields. 300
