It would also be able to read/write to bits instead of just bytes and nibbles.

Erm... what?

@Builderboy: I've no idea but it would be interesting to find out.

Miscellaneous / Re: Valentine's Day

My school had people trooping into our classrooms all day, dressed in pink and not-normal clothes, calling people up and singing them.  Apparently, you could buy a 'singogram' and members of ASB would go off and sing to them... They were quite good too.  (I think more people paid for this not as a show of affection, but to embarass them :)

Nope, just that.  But you have to make sure to add the Fix 8 to the end of the program.  It makes the calc draw bitmaps directly to screen, like normal.

You can draw Bitmap( on the buffer, you know...
Just place a Fix 9 at the beginning of your program, and a Fix 8 at the end.

Welcome to Omnimaga!  It's nice to have more Casio people floating in.
I don't know much about Casio calculators myself, but I'm looking forward to what'll hopefully be epic screenies :D

The Axe Parser Project / Memkit issues

Hmm, not sure if this should belong in this forum or the other one...

Any reason why this won't compile?  It says 'BAD SYMBOL' right at 'dim()r'.  (Am I right in assuming that the 'r' is the radians symbol?)
dim() and dim()rr work fine, though.

Code: [Select]
.TEST
#Axiom(MEMKIT)
Fix 5

For(A,0,710)
    0->{L1+A}
End

Load()
Next()
Next()
Next()

dim()r->{L1}r
Print(L1+2)

ClrDraw
DispGraph

Text(5,5,L1+2)
Text(30,5,{L1}r->Dec)

Repeat getKey(15)
    DispGraph
End

Also,  what happens if I try to use dim()r on an archived program/appvar?

Also, in the [VARS] [2] menu, why are there more commands not mentioned in the readme?  (Render, DrawL, DrawR, DrawS, Up, Down, Left, Right)

News / Re: Axe Parser v0.5.0 Released
« on: February 12, 2011, 09:25:37 pm »
Nope, he decided to make more betas because of all the new features:

Unfortunately I haven't really had time to add much more to Axe other than the Axioms, and I can't get my mode 7 engine working properly and I might have to rewrite it from scratch.  So I think I will instead release more betas since there are so many more features that need to be worked on before 1.0.0.  Instead I might just release a VAT based Axiom for reading from the VAT efficiently since that's both useful and quick to make.

Ah, okay.  I guess I missed that post there X.X
Axioms are pretty cool :)

Hooray!  I can't wait to download.
Question: wasn't this supposed to be 1.0.0?

Powder games are absolute win.

I liked the news article title, btw.

Looks nice -- but when I opened it, there was a number 10 in the top left corner, which was a bit weird.

Sorry -- I was wondering about why Omnimaga was brought offline, and to the nature of the 'incident' that caused it.  So I guess my previous post wasn't well worded.
