Does the outro necessarily have to be done in blender? Flat pixels (or pixels in general) might be easier with flash or similar.
It doesn’t need to be done in blender, but that is the only software I have to do anything in. If someone with better software wants to make an outro, by all means go ahead
Or maybe it could be made at a small resolution and just scaled up, no supersampling :P might be obvious tho
Good idea. For some reason I was thinking that I would need some special pixelating affect in some software, but I forgot that I could just lower the image size
It is normally at 1920*1080, the first is 768*432, and the second is 384*216, and both at 30 fps
It kind of gives it that 90’s pixelated game look.

Okay, I Google translated some of this, and saw this

Humour and Jokes / Re: 9001 signs you're addicted to calcs and Omni

4198: You unsubscribe from the 9001 signs you are addicted to calcs and Omni topic and stop visiting it because there are so many signs posted already that it's much harder to find new ones, and as a result, some people are just flooding the list with smiley spam <_<
4206: Not me :)

Although it would better if this was half of 9001 signs, because we could pull off 300 legitimate signs if we try, but this is mostly becoming random

4018: You mistake Freyaday for Sorunome in the above posts. You feel bad, so you go several posts up to see the dozen posts Sorunome made to get to post 4000. Again, you mistaked Freyaday for Sorunome. And these were originally 3 separate posts before pimathbrainiac posted
4019: You decide that you want to get make post 4096, even though you don’t know why, because you actually don’t care too much for binary, and would have rather have made post 4000
4020: You decide that you will actually try to make these reasons a bit more like the earlier posts that are realistically relatable to
4021: But then you realize that you like the unrealistic posts and especially the “you are a” posts because they represent peoples personalities and the people on this forum are just awesome
4022: But you realize that 92 posts like that aren’t interesting
4023: So you begin
4024: When you can’t sleep at night, you take out your cx and program some lua for an hour
4025: You always thought ndless stood for needless instead of endless, even though you love it to death
4026: You feel greatly offended when your calculus teacher says that the 84 is better than the nspire
4027: You feel even more offended when your calculus teacher says that the 84  is faster than the nspire
4028: When you’re playing pokemon sapphire in class, a few die hard pokemon fans see it and nearly die
4029: You buy a rechargeable battery with a male mini usb meant to recharge a cell phone, but use it on your cx.
4030: You programmed tron on your cx one day in chemistry class
4031: You had no idea how to do the chemistry homework that night, but still feel happy
4032: Before you had an nspire, you make a program on your TI 83 that takes 30 minutes to find that 1234567891 is a prime.
4033: You use nextprime on your nspire to find that 10^100+267 is a prime in five seconds
4034: When your mom told you to make a grocery list you started off with grocery={} for i=1,5 do grocery [ i ] = apple end
4035: You don’t text and drive, but one time at a red light you did check your calculator to see some syntax in a code.
4036: In ninth grade your sister gave you her TI 83, and you spend hours typing Line(0,0,-47,-31), Line(0,0,-47,-30)… to make cool animation programs
4037: You later find out about label goto loops
4038: You later find out about for and while loops
4039: Some people have never used their nspire, but spend hours each day on their phone, but you have never used your phone, and spend hours each day on your calculator
4040: You have a youtube, omnimaga, and yahoo account, all with the same name, and use these for calculator videos and asking and answering calculator questions
4041: You tell your friend that jailbreaking is similar to ndless instead of ndless is similar to jailbreaking
4042: When the rest of your calculus class is using their calculator to find the sum of n^-2,-4,-6 from 1 to infinity you just sit there with your preprogrammed zeta function
4043: When someone is bragging about being able to program a BASIC dice function on their 83, your rude jerk side comes out and you laugh inside knowing that you programmed BASIC tron and titoe with ai
4044: When packing for a trip you pack clothes, a toothbrush, your ipod, your calculator…
4045: You take your calculator out in literature class
4046: Your friend tells you a cool psychology/statistics game, so you program it on your TI 83 to test it.
4047: People refer to you as “that calculator guy” (well, and “that calculus guy”)
4048: Your calculus teacher says “but I don’t know enough about calculators to know that for sure” and then jokingly turns to me and says “shut up”
4049: You gave your calculator to your statistics teacher to put an app on it. He turned it on and the startup program displayed a picture of the cursive text “I am awesome”
4050: The first time you ever used linux was on your calculator
4051: The first time you ever played pokemon was on your calculator
4052: The first time ever played any gameboy or Nintendo game was on your calculator
4053: You got Nightfire on your calculator (the fun James bond game that was the only first person shooter you had in your childhood)
4054: You’ve made more videos in blender for omnimaga than you have for everything else put together
4055: Except they are mostly all the same video just tweaked slightly
4056: You’ve made it halfway, and you’ve ran out of all your good posts
4057: In fact, 23 of the above posts you made a while back, when you saw this
4058: You wanted to make 1000 posts
4059: You now realize how difficult it would be to do that
4060: Unless you ramble on about unrelated things like HOMER-16 did
4061: Because it really doesn’t matter since this is a humor section, and he probably used up all his calculator experiences earlier, like I am doing right now
4062: And indeed, calcs are only half, of the addiction, and omni, literally meaning all or everything, and also a website with a lot of random stuff on it
4063: But HOMER-16 also had more to post about because he didn’t feel bad about posting the common, funny, creepy joke relationship with his calculator
4064: I use to make jokes like that, but now I am disgusted by it
4065: But if I were to post some of the jokes I made I would post the fact that I use to spend hours with my ti-83, but once I got my cx I spent hours with her
4066: I would also post the fact that the cx was so thin, fast, and colorful
4067: And that while the ti-83 had curves, they weren’t very appealing
4068: Another joke is that they were both good girlfriends because they would both do whatever I told them to do
4069: Disgusting, but my cx was within several inches of my sexual organs for about eight hours each day because I would carry it in my pocket at school
4070: But I won’t post stuff like that because it makes me feel like a computer nerd that can’t find a girlfriend so he pretends his calculator is his girlfriend, instead of a computer nerd that never tried to get a girlfriend so yeah
4071: You just posted a dozen random posts to fill up space
4072: Its weird making “You” posts after making several “I” posts
4073: You decide to make 10 completely pointless posts to fill up space
4074: Oh, wow I didn’t realize I was typing post, I think signs would be better, oh well
4075: So, how is you’re day?
4076: I woke up 2 hours ago
4077: Which is weird, because I normally fall asleep at 12 and wake up at 6-9
4078: And on a school night I fall asleep at 12 and wake up at 6
4079: But last night I fell asleep at 10 and woke up today at 10
4080: But sleep is healthy and it’s a three day weekend
4081: I don’t suppose any other than Americans have a three day weekend, because its Martin Luther King Jr. day
4082: It’s also the day Obama gets inaugurated again
4083: Which seems weird because his last inauguration was a day before MLK day, and their both black
4084: But actually most presidents are inaugurated the third Monday of January
4085: Anyway, its nice having a three day weekend
4086: I have a Physics test on Tuesday
4087: You posted 10 unrelated things here
4088: You think that “You posted 10 unrelated things here” is a sign that you are addicted to calcs/omni
4089: Around this time you notice that pimathbrainiac made 13 posts
4090: You change all the posts
4091: You notice that only about two dozen of these are actually interesting
4092: You make the next two posts repeat stuff
4093:
4094: We repeat stuffs in here. A lot
4095: You don’t make the 4096th post

3983: You notice the three spelling errors in the above post
3984: You then notice that this is a calculator forum and not a grammar forum
3985: And then you remember that your German would make him puke
3986: And then you realize that you made four posts of which only one mentioned calculators
3987: And then you realize that few of the other posts have to do with calculators

I don't understand, do you want the background to be pixels (of something?), or did you want me to somehow find a way to pixelate the video?

What specifically did you want for the cubes?
I was thinking that I'll just have a wall of cubes fall down and have the subscribe buttons behind it. (Are the buttons showing up at the end of the video?)
Do you have any other ideas?
Should I keep the subscribe text too?
I don't want the outro to be too long

Thanks, it was actually made in blender with the fracture add-on
I like the newer intro more, but probably just because its more complex and more colorful.
Good luck with your intro!

TI-BASIC / Re: pretty up disp output
« on: January 17, 2013, 11:24:55 pm »
Oh, no
I know how pi's are in it
It literally outputs in quotations 1/6 multiplication dot pi symbol caret symbol 2
It's okay, but not very pretty, and after a while it would be nice to have it be 1 over 6 instead of 1/6

What speed do you want, and Sorunome, the “margin” is gone in some of the videos
Don’t mind the text, I can change that speed to match what we want, but forgot to take that part out of the videos.
Also, any of you have any ideas about the buttons at the end? I think they are annoying, but maybe I could play around with color, font, size, position and ending picture to try to make it better.
And I forgot an “r” at the end of the video
I don’t know, #5 looks cool, and #7 might be nice with that cube wall discussed above

I’m sure I know of everything on the nspire and programming it, but is there a way to display a function and variable in a pretty manner?
I’m revisiting a program I made and it displays “1/6*pi^2”
Is there a way to display the symbol pi to an exponent and multiplied by a fraction without it being ugly or calculating a numeric value?

Hm, if I did the wall, it would be cool to include some calculator/omnimaga pixel art on it.
