If you are very tight on ram you might have to delete some archived programs too, as they use up a few bytes of ram.

If your nick is mentioned then the tab turns red, a general activity indicator would mean the server would need to listen to all chans for you, i'm not sure if i like that.....

Hmmm... so realistically, if we really had to cull channels, we could probably cull #prizm (zero activity, nobody there at all) and #nspire-lua (I think there isn't too much discussion these days... but I may be wrong). Language channels are debatable... but I think removing channels isn't the big issue here!
More interestingly, I think we forgot to add back a feature ever since we did an upgrade on OmnomIRC - the "Show Extra Channels" option doesn't have an effect! The channels #IRP, #thebot, #nspire-lua, #prizm, and maybe others were part of that option - if you enabled the extra channels, those channels would show up. Otherwise, they would remain hidden.
Moving forward, depending on how much Sorunome/Eeems want to develop this feature, we could have it so that you can pick which channels you'd want to see. In general, I think if there's some usage of the channels, we wouldn't go as far as to remove them - maybe just hide them. These channels don't detract from our main channel, and they definitely have their purpose in our community.
EDIT: Hmm, they seem to work... maybe the default setting isn't set right? I could've sworn that it was off and I saw the extra channels...
That setting should exist, maybe the default is wrong, lemme check. (defaults are configurable ^.^) EDIT: There we go, for some reason the channels #irp and #thebot weren't extra channels, prolly due to some config update at some point.

Oh, also, I think it is appropriate to mention it here, you can drag&drop re-order the channel order in your client, so that e.g. you have #omnimaga and #spam as the two leftmost channels if you use them the most (that's what I did ^.^)

It is also possible to have channels relayed between omninet and efnet without having them appear in the webbrowser.....or vice versa....or only relay between omnomirc and omninet or something, the possibilities are endless!

In this day in age, you're darned if you don't and darned if you do. Honestly, seeing Finn in the trailer raised several questions. As in Ep2 we learned all Storm Troopers were clones. And from that point forward I always viewed them as clones. All the sudden there's a black storm trooper. Wait what? Then when we learned of Finns story did it make sense to me. Again, with Rey. Darned if you do and darned if you don't. I think if someone took the time, Leia could be seen as a strong female lead in the original trilogy as well but only under modern society have such roles been over criticized.

According to the EU, as far as I know, only the first few batches of storm troopers were clones, progressively more and more being recruits so that, in EP4 already, we have mainly, if not only, recruits. This would also explain Leias quote in EP4 "So young and already a Stormtrooper". Also that was one large post o.o
