Yeah, that hex is opcodes sent directly to the CPU, so you basically set the 1s and 0s of your program manually with that.

It's because the css isn't always been transmitted as https but as http and your browser blocks it for security, i think.
EDIT: Fixed it!

Nightly now claims of some stuff being insecure and thus refuses to load like the stylesheet. EDIT: I fixed it
