hehe... here in good ol' germany (overrated, but still good), you can buy beer at the age of 16 (!!!)
and stuff with over 20% alc and up (say: wodka) with age 18.

uh yeah that's annoying.
Here in germany the police often sets up random control stations in the night, and the fees are high...
So many who maybe otherwise would have their brights on don't want to take any chances with the police.
