pwnage! I'd like to see that at decent speed. I tried it with TDCoder, but it always turned out too slow for my taste. Well, I only have a 83+... on an SE or 84 it'd be a lot faster. 213
Other Calculators / TI-86 Reset« on: December 04, 2006, 04:34:00 am »eeek... really bad news. the TI86 has no archive if I recall. that's why I do daily backups of my calc and while programming I backup every 3-4 hours. It is really dicouraging to see something you have worked on for so long suddenly dissapear .___. I hope you still have a rough sketch of how you did the programs in your mind. 214

If I'll get a lappy it'd have to be able to run most current games at decent speed...
I'm saving up for one... and I think I'll also get one of those hydrogen generators you can glue to the bottom of your lappy *_* 10 hours of gaming without recharging w00ts! 215

right. *Spellshaper throws some peanuts into the crowd. Welcome graywolf ^_^ Programming is not a requirement to sign up on a programming forum. Just hang around talking with us guys. It will keep the forums alive, you occupied, and me talking about random stuff with no reference to anything whatsoever PS: Yay for Gantz! note: whaaaaaaat? no 83? O_ 218

sady I must admit: yes. I tried to do some things, but it turned out I am currently really missing time. I am going to pick it up again when I finish school at the latest. (another 6 months >_<) It may be that I find a little bit of time to work on some minor parts of the program though. Thus: Status changed to progress halted Note that I am going to stick around. 223

Computer Usage and Setup Help / LCD vs CRT« on: November 23, 2006, 02:50:00 am »
I myself still have a CRT, and it's ok... save for the random screen failures I am getting.
CRTs do provide a better screen quality, but are bulky and heavy. LCDs on the other hand are easier for the eyes and not as heavy and big, but only work good when set to max. resolution, else the OSD has to do interpolation. Which is crap. So over all, I still like LCDs better. Must get one. Screen slowly failing. help my comp! ^^' 225
