the problem with a grid is that it overwrites part of the sprites.
That's why I didn't implement one.

heck, spam bots even invaded my blog. it took me 30mins to clean out all the rubbish.
Now I added user validation via a picture showing distorted letters. I hope that will keep them at bay. 515

yeah. wisdom teeth are redundant today. So they're bound to "vanish" from our DNA over time. My younger brother for instance, will only have two wisdom teeth according to the x-ray picture of his jawbone.

meh indeed. We need more user validation when registering.
The only upside is that it increases my post count when I reply to a bot posting and closing the thread 518

Youch. I have stitches, too. Probably gotta need more stitches for the next two teeth once it's healed up.
I am on pain killers right now, and I noticed one major thing: I suck every game that needs a fast reaction right now. Damn. No more CS for me till all my wisdom teeth are done then. 519

Well, they threatened to push my incisors foward, thus making me a human rabbit. ^_^
I think the thing that annoyed me most though was the ringing of the driller in my head when they ground their way through to my wisdom teeth. Sound transmision via bone is eeeeeek. o.o 520

Since this morning, I have 2 wisdom teeth less. Two more to go. And it FU**ING HURTS!
So don't be upset in the next few days, should my control slip and I accidently insult someone on the forums, or on the channel. Now par'n me, gotta get some pain killerz. 521

I think xlibman means not updating the screen until everything has been drawn to the buffer.
The real(-54125+functions of xlib that draw sprites have the option not to update the screen. That way, it doesn't flicker. 45sec. loading time for the game or a fight? 522

neat indeed ^_^
and yes, that flickering can be worked around, like xlibman said. I have an idea! What about more realistic acceleration and deceleration? Like: You press one arrow button and the ship starts moving in that direction until you press the opposite arrow button 523
