HP Calculators / Re: HP PPL Fade in/out effects

I like it, it looks cool to me! I would give a bit more emphasis to the fading process by slowing down the unrolling and rolling up.

That's just the story of the books, though. As far as doctrine goes, the most extreme difference between my beliefs and other Christian churches would be this: We believe that we are children of God, and are working to become gods ourselves.
Hmm, I like this way of thinking.
...
Well, me too! I wonder, what can we expect in heaven from a newly promoted Mormon God? :)

^Exactly(!), that's what I mean. ;)

I like the idea about cross-compatible programs between the Nspire and the Prime, though. O.O
Yeeeah, easier said than done. We still lack the person to do the hard work, though. What a shame. :P

@will: I wish you all the best with your stay in Mexico, but please give us a break, there are surely plenty of computers over there too. So in principle, it's always possible to pass by and keep us aware of your rich (good/bad) experience over there. :)

SpiroH: You're right!  Perhaps I'll make the next update with a video! :)
...
Yeah, we'd like to see that. In addition, you could also show off all your previous games side-by-side on a site like youtube.

Sleep tight. :)

As for HP, they just need to learn marketing better, so their calcs come out after most bad bugs get fixed, not before, and learn to promote their product outside the internet.
...
I dare to suggest they try to hire you! :P

...was also thinking, a pretty much complete maxima install on Android is ~100MB, and I hate to say it, but it's probably generally a better CAS than xCAS(IIRC that's the real name of the 49/50/Prime CAS... I think that Cyril de Brebbison is still working with HP at least for the CAS and some other parts of the "apps"...)
Hmm, you just might be right!? If you don't know it yet, please have a look here Maxima On Android for a little more.

What more needs to be said? :)

Edit:
IMO your game presentations need to 'get a new life'.
Why don't you add some action using a video clip instead of static images?

Come on Keoni, how much did you pay for it. Flea market? Looks a bit oldish, but who cares when it works, especially if it was a 'goed koop'. :)

... I wonder if it would be easy to perfectly emulate the TI-Nspire touchpad physical responsiveness outside Ndless programs?
Well, the expression "perfectly emulate" is in itself a rather ambitious one. But on the other hand, the touchpad emulation is not dependent on Ndless.

Quote from: DJ Omnimaga
... On a real calc, the touchpad is barely responsive, so certain people might like if they can test their games on emulators but still be able to see how well it will respond on the calc without having to test it on the real machine. :)
I'm afraid good emulation depends a lot on having access to the real TI code... :P

May you always enable touch-screen to select template or command from menu?
I'm not sure I completely understand your question, but in the graphview you can, indeed, use the graphic-cursor (in touch-mode) to access the drop-down documents-menu and the lower-bar entry line.
Also, you can always use the pc-keyboard QuickKeys (not yet implemented in wArmTI) to select either the 'template' or the 'menu'.
Hope this answers your question, at least partially. :-\

LOL, for that you don't need any TI software at all. I recommend you to do it every now and then just to get rid of M$ self-inflicted viruses, tho. :P

The 50g OS adapted for the screen (res and colors), installable as an app on the Prime, and a good C/asm dk for the ARM, you have the ultimatest pro/students/hackers calc ever :p
Ultimatest for hackers for sure but for students i doubt it. Schools would never embark on such an adventurous trip.

.. Let's hope they have a Prime now ^^
I wonder, are they still working for HP? ;)
