It's not the icons, it's the workspace rectangles. Also the colors in your taskbar don't go well together. But anyway let's continue this in the post your desktop thread.

BTW if a mod could move the post pretty please. :3

It's a pretty standard netbook in terms of power actually. :P
Post your other laptop's desktop too. :P

Also here's my Nexus 4 home screen. I run CM11 (self built) and use Nova Launcher.

Also now you know where I leave. Please don't stalk me. D:

In fact, we tried to play with Streetwalrus and there was some annoying latency and desync. Both of us were seeing the other one commit suicide for no reason and even if that were not the case, latency would have killed gameplay.

So it can be fun but only if there is a very good connection between both PCs I guess.
The latency was caused by an improperly set buffer size. I think it might also depend on who hosts the game, we didn't try hosting it on your side.
Also I think I know why it desynced. We didn't disable items. <_<

Also DJ, yes distance matters. The further you are, the longer the ping, which is issue prone.

What would be cool as well is if images could be rotated.

The problem with this is how you you then use the rotated image? The coordinates used are always in the upper left corner, so to keep the grob consistent we'd have to change the size in order to not lose information and it seems to me you'd then have difficulty using it since it would be hard to know where to place it..
I didn't really get it. Of course the size would change but you are aware of it since you requested the rotation. Isn't there a function to get the size of GROBs ?
