I seriously hope they won't screw it up as much as the CSE. But seeing how TI is scewing up all the time there are 99% chances that it's a nerfed CSE or just a French model with a different name (and case ?).

For the documentation the eBook app remains better though.

For an outline box there is already IRect (combine two of these, one to the outer size and one to the inner size centered in the first).
Or if you need speed, HLine/VLine
