It depends on the teacher for tests but all they can do is ask you to reset the calc. They can't touch it nor force you to (private data), but if you refuse they can forbid you to use it. On exams as long as a calc is allowed you can do whatever the hell you want with it as long as you don't use some kind of communication means. Anyway, welcome to Omni ! I would discourage Axe for math due to the lack of floating point. However if you plan to make some kind of CAS then it will work out well, but be very complex.
