Lol I used to wake up around 7am just to turn on my comp and be a nerd. Now I wake up around 8:30am and try to read. Also my mom is a teacher so she's on vacation too and my dad works at home.

True, but even then, it's best to ensure that the game can easily be modified if they ever notice. For example, that Golden Sun: The Chosen One game that got C&D'ed on Omni was renamed to The Chosen One and the char/dungeons renamed, but he didn't have to delete any trace of the game like that one Chrono Trigger 3D remake a that some people planned to release a few years ago.
Ok so he only had to change names ? It seems fair to me since a calc game can only use original graphics anyway due to the nature of the screen (color calcs and Nspire classic aside).

Lol at that one. I usually get on my comp right away when I wake up but my parents don't like it so I try not to do that.

Nope. It was released for families who couldn't afford the more expensive 82 at the time, uses a proprietary CPU that runs at 980 KHz (even slower than the TI-81) and although it has slightly more RAM and commands than the 81 (such as For(), Then, Else, End), it lacks some that the 81 had and it's several times slower. It also breaks easier because it's made of really cheap plastic. Just bending the calc a bit or leaving it under a stash of 6 calcs for a while is enough to mess up the LCD permanently or worse.
Really ? Mine still works like a charm. What I like most about it is the fact that batteries last forever.
