I prefer scrollbar and mouse wheel by default. It's kinda awkward how it works in the userlist but not the chat log.

It looks pretty nice but I'd like to be able to use my mouse wheel and also moving your mouse out of it causes it to select stuff around instead of scrolling. Also clicking on a spot where the blue bar isn't should move it there.
