TI-BASIC / Re: how to make fps in ti basic
« on: June 17, 2013, 05:54:54 am »
And if you are awesome you'll even be able to do greyscale (though that is pretty advanced due to lack of speed)
DJ made it in Reuben Quest but again, DJ's the god of BASIC. :P

Not playing games, I use 250-300 GB on my Mac OS X partition. On Arch I use less, but that's because it's a recent install plus I'll get a new compy soon. :3

Oh great, now you're making me doubt again wether I should learn C or C++ :P J/k, fatastic work!
* ElementCoder will just learn both
Well, since they are so close in their cores, you could learn C first, then learn C++'s expansions.

And that's awesome by the way. :D

Not necessarily. What i mean is that some people will prefer to pay a bit more to have more features. For example, some kids will ZOMGZOMGHOLYF#@$WANT!!!1!1one the second they see the color screen calc and the parent will buy that instead of the cheaper alternative.
Yeah of course we always look for the best compromise.

TI-Nspire / Re: Calling all Linux Kernel developers!
« on: June 16, 2013, 10:30:03 am »
So I finally fixed my problem. It was due to /etc/fstab claiming the RootFS was ext2 while it was actually ext4. After correcting this, I was able to boot properly. :D

Well, in France you can't use a phone in high school, so you're forced to buy a crappy TI-82 Stats for €50 (at least).
