You could also use your favorite text editor and have firefox refresh the page every time you save (or make your build-and-run key trigger it, same deal). Not exactly real time but that works.

Fwiw I wrote a smooth scrolling tilemapper and just modified the horizontal +/- commands to shift in pixels from another buffer.

Cool to see it's solved. The 83+SE is known for having quickly breaking hardware especially on very early revisions.
