Just type /whois <nickname> and you'll get the info on the person. I don't know if Soru implemented it in OmnomIRC but he should if he didn't.

It's officially supported by CyanogenMod.

ARMv6 code should run on a v7 processor but I think the Pi's hardware has a special FPU.
