I tried it, it doesn't seem to work sorry for the necropost ^^ BUT the tool I found don't really work indeed, as Haleyia said, so I tried the sourcecoder one that Josjuice gave, and it works ! You just have to browse to your bmp, and that's it, it seems to be able to give you some grayscales hexcode, but i just tried with a B/W pic, so I don't know. The official Axe 1.0.3 released by Quigibo has a big problem with multiplication that will undoubtedly break lots of calculations in Zedd.
