TI-BASIC / Re: [Request] BASIC Subprograms
« on: April 25, 2011, 10:16:42 pm »
I want codes that can be tools for BASIC programs to use. Pretty much, LSDOS checks a BASIC program for a header and if it is there, it reads a line of data to figure out which sub programs to load to RAM. The program can then use those sub programs. The idea is that multiple programs can make use of these sub programs and routines to cut down on overall size.

BatLib / Re: BatLib Demo Programs

Sweet! Another vict-- er programmer for ReCode! As a note, the hex output was done with the aid of command 35 (GetSprite). I made that command in order to make obtaining sprite data easy. The output from that command can be used directly with command 53 for sprite data :)

TI-BASIC / [Request] BASIC Subprograms
« on: April 25, 2011, 09:11:07 pm »
Hello all! I am working some more on LSDOS and I am now in need of ideas for BASIC sub programs. I am looking for sub-programs that many BASIC programs can use. For example, I might make a program to handle high-scores that can be used by several programs.

Thanks in advance!

Art / Re: Big request: A full 4x6 font set (for XDE)

For BatLib I have a bunch of them finished because BatLib/ReCode uses a 4x6 font, too. I stopped at 7Fh, though. I will try to get a screeny of them... Also, there are a bunch of symbols I just skipped over, too.

Yes, BatLib is necessary for it... I might make one that is in all assembly at some point that won't rely on an App, but for now it is a lot easier /faster /smaller to program in BASIC.

There are pieces of RAM that BatLib uses for executing code, pointers to code, and storing vital information and Axe was modifying that. I then fixed up my code a little more so that that wouldn't occur, but they do still interfere with each other D:

I would have BatLib reinstall the code if it was practical, but that could really slow things down. As it is, I added a command specifically because of this problem to BatLib. As long as BatLib is installed, you can run command 100 to reinstall the vital RAM in case you know other programs are tampering with the same RAM XD

There are two different ones? I like the one with the mouth extended more upward (4 pixels tall as opposed to 3)

Okay, I finally managed to get it to modify the tokens... and BatLib seems to overwrite the token hook ability of Axe. I will say, though, that before, Axe and BatLib absolutely did not work and would cause a crash, but now all it does is cause some commands in BatLib to not work properly.

Well the one with the star eyes could be DX and the one with square eyes could be D:

I like 'em, personally. I definitely like the D: and the blank one
