Wow, this is actually a pretty great tutorial! I'm gonna try this out! Program flow is something I've always struggled with.

Yeah. Otherwise it's the same as usual. The normal sprites were not modified at all, I just added some sprites in to make that.

EDIT:
I highly approve of the Rebecca base. Nice work, Zippy! Are you going to want that repaletted?
I might. I'm not sure yet...

Here's my sprite sheet. I can do whatever I need to make it easier for you. I'm going to post an animated version soon, too.

I just made this one for a project that is currently halted:

How bad it it?
Depends on what kind of character your game is intended to portray...

I'd love to see it, too! And even if you don't end up finishing, you've brought a great idea to the community that maybe someone else could complete if you are unable to!

Wow, that's really cool! How did you do that?
ThePenguin77 does some pretty amazing things with ASM. If you look around a bit you'll find some other incredible projects of his (like Starfox).

The Axe Parser Project / Re: Bug Reports
« on: July 14, 2011, 03:26:33 am »
I think I found a strange bug:
If the calc GarbageCollects it disables the hook that Axe installs that renames tokens.
(I was using zStart at the time, so it may have been that, but I can't think of a reason that zStart would interfere there.)
Garbage collect apparently does some weeeeeird stuff. I once had my whole program corrupted because it didn't have enough space and I was stupid enough to accept the garbage collect while it was compiling >.< It corrupted the program AND the backup, and wouldn't allow me to back up a second version of that program because it said "That backup name is reserved for another program" even after I deleted the corrupted appvar from my calc.

TI Z80 / Re: Fancy Pants: DT's 2011 contest entry (hopefully)

No, it looks more like the issue is with detecting the endpoint collisions. It looks like it's not detecting the endpoints there, so it's just falling through.

I found an example of what I was talking about in World 1:

It's in level 3.

WHOA WAIT, WHAT??? THIS IS BOTH??? THAT JUST MADE IT 19028739432 TIMES MORE AWESOME!!

I thought you had ditched the first concept entirely. I was interpreting "Dimension Shift" to be referring to "Shifting Dimensions," not "Shift and Dimensions"
