Casio Calculators / Upgrading the fx-9750GII (02.04.0701) to fx-9860GII (nooby)

Hi guys,
I am trying to upgrade my fx-9750GII (02.04.0701) to the fx-9860. I've tried many guides but they are all for previous versions (e.g. 02.02), and the backup software does not work (or I have not figured it out).
Could someone link me to a easy to follow guide for complete noobs.
