Lua / Re: TI & Lua
« on: June 13, 2012, 07:59:33 am »
I know it is restricted. And that is why we asked TI to improve it :)
They understood that the functionality could have good use. However I do not know if/when/how it will be done.
I hope they stop restricting and make the systems more open, maybe even support ASM/C. If they do that, I am really going to send them a "thanks" mail xD

ASM / Re: Best IDE for TI 83+ Asm???
« on: June 13, 2012, 07:56:06 am »
Oh wow, forgot that ^.^
Thanks!
edit: also, if you want to at least have correct syntax, you could use mimas, which forces correct syntaxis.

It's no problem to me. I like it this way :D

Well for that you'll need to disassemble the EXE once released, because RM2K3 is pretty much just clicking tilemaps and adding events, selecting pre-made commands there. XD

Also per pre-emptive measures, I backed up my project on 3 hard drives and online here http://djomni.julosoft.net/rol0remake/ :P
Hm if you want to be completely sure you won't lose it, I'm willing to backup on my pc aswell.

Yup, that is right. None of my APPs got transferred to the ROM. Any other ways to dump a ROM?

Well, I've installed this, but it doesnt seem to either like my ROM or work correct... (I dumped my ROM via TiLP)
It's just showing a blank screen.
I'm guessing this means you're using one of the calc models for which we don't yet have a skin.  (Oops, maybe we should have made that clearer.  Sorry about that.  And we should probably use other model skins as fallbacks.)  If you have a skin in TiEmu format (such as the one shmibs posted), you can select it in the preferences, or pick one of the ones installed with TilEm (they're in the share/tilem2/skins directory.)  Also, you can use the keyboard; see the KEYS file (KEYS.txt in the Windows distribution) for details.  F12 is the On key. :)

Hm but it's a 84 plus rom?
 EDIT:
Silly me, I didnt know that the calc screen was white when turned off. Works now!

Somewhere in my mind, the meaning of it is saved. But I can't recall exactly what it means.
