You usually aren't the most rational of persons when asleep so when something scary happens you are mostly like "OMG GTFO THIS IS SCARY" and when you realize oh its a dream the best way is waking up. Also forcing yourself to wake up is always... interesting. I did it a few times.

I recently discovered a new anime: Log Horizon. I'll quote kiwidepia on the plot: By its eleventh expansion pack, the massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) Elder Tale (エルダー・テイル Erudā Teiru?) has become a global success, with a user base of millions of players. However, during the release of its twelfth expansion pack: Novasphere Pioneers (ノウアスフィアの開墾 Nōasufia no Kaikon?, alt. Homesteading the Noosphere[1][2]), thirty thousand Japanese gamers who are logged on at the time of the update suddenly find themselves transported into the virtual game world and donning their in-game avatars. In the midst of the event, a socially awkward gamer named Shiroe, along with his friends, Naotsugu and Akatsuki, decide to team up so that they may face this world, which unfortunately has now become their reality, along with the challenges and obstacles ahead of them. I'm currently watching it over here: http://www.lovemyanime.net/log-horizon-episode-1/I'm only at season 1 episode 2 (Season 2 coming Q4 2014!), but I really like it! Highly recommended.

Found an error in my c64 manual. it tells me to type in this: 1 REM UP, UP, AND AWAY 5 PRINT "(CLR/HOME)" 10 V = 53248 : REM START OF DISPLAY CHIP 11 POKE V + 21,4 : REM ENABLE SPRITE 2 12 POKE 2042,255 : REM SPRITE 2 DATA FROM BLOCK 255 20 FOR N = 0 TO 62 : READ Q : POKE 832+N,Q : NEXT 30 FOR X = 0 TO 200 ^ GETS ITS INFO. FROM DATA 40 POKE V + 4,X : REM UPDATE X COORDINATES 50 POKE V + 5,X : REM UPDATE Y COORDINATES 60 NEXT X 70 GOTO 30 200 DATA 0,127,0,1,255,192,3,255,224,3,231,224 210 DATA 7,217,240,7,223,240,7,217,240,3,231,224 220 DATA 3,255,224,3,255,224,2,255,160,1,127,64 230 DATA 1,62,64,0,156,128,0,156,128,0,73,0,0,73,0 240 DATA 0,62,0,0,62,0,0,62,0,0,28,0
So I typed that in and got a garbled sprite. Did some research, discovered that the BLOCK should be [buffloc]/64 and thus 13, and not 255. *phew* I thought it was broken for a sec

Well, my up:down ratio is about 5.5:1 because I got a bunch of downvotes when on a quite unconstructive necroposting spree. Is that ratio good enough? Also I try to be a bit more constructive when necroing threads now So I can use that in my defense when so someone points out "no necroposting or ban!11!" I can hit them with the hammer of constructiveness >:)

Bump again. I watched the first volume last night and while sometimes the animation feels a bit awkward, I'm sold. The story is great, the characters are very in-depth and allow for a very interesting continuation. I especially like Weiss and Blake, Weiss for her snubbing (is that the correct word?) which makes her kinda cute, and Blake for her awesome mysteriousness. Did I mention cat ears? I'm really looking forward to volume 2 and I was really excited to discover that there's only 2 weeks left. Also rooster teeth are awesome. An animation studio that does let's plays and uploads videos of their employees playing messing around in GTAV, that can't be any less than awesome.

The merits of being a veteran: you can necrobump threads without being picked on.

I guess it helps that Israel is a lot smaller than USA so it's a lot easier to manage.
