General Calculator Help / Re: plz help..installing ndless« on: August 04, 2010, 07:05:05 pm »
1. Make sure you have computer link 1.4
2. Make sure the link software is not open when you are running the installer If you are sure you have followed 1 and 2, try reinstalling the link softwre (or at least make sure you can send a document w/ it) Also, try starting with a new copy of Ndless 1233

I think they are getting sick of our e-mails since they actually gave a not too bad response.
I think we should stop constantly e-mailing them because they might get suspicious and see this topic. 1235

TI 68K / Re: Snake Game on 68k BASIC« on: August 03, 2010, 11:57:18 pm »
This game is very nice considering that it is coded in TI-BASIC!
Althought much better games have been made in C/ASM, it is very nice to see TI-BASIC being pushed to its limits! Keep up the good work! 1237
General Calculator Help / Re: TI-89 language localization apps« on: August 03, 2010, 11:17:31 pm »
No, I never did have my calc crash (I actually deleted all of the built in apps except 2 of them), but I still think your calc in alright.
As long as you don't have any more problems in the future, I think it is safe to assume you calc is ok. If problems persist, you might want to try resending the OS. That might fix it. 1238
TI-BASIC / Re: So... how 'bout that 68k BASIC programming?« on: August 03, 2010, 11:14:37 pm »
I still write many math programs in 68k BASIC for school, but I never release any of them.
I don't do games in BASIC because I am more interested in programming the Nspire in C. 1239

I deleted all of my lanugage apps and it works fine. I can't see any reason why it should be unstable.

bwang, if I recall I remember reading that they deleted accounts of people who said negative things about the Nspire (before it was hacked). I could be wrong, but for some reason I remember seeing this.

492. You won't eat lobster in fear of eating Netham45
493. You have copies of your source code and Nspire OS 1.1 on your account on the computers at your school 494. Omnimaga is your home page 495. You carry a backup of your calc's memory just in case it is erased 496. You have Nleash on your calc even though you don't even have OS 2.1 on it 1243

General Calculator Help / Re: Which Nspire?« on: August 02, 2010, 07:46:57 pm »
If you don't care about math features, definately get the light blue Nspire (NON CAS) clickpad.
EDIT: Ndless is compatible with the CAS model, but you are still better off with the non CAS clickpad because you always have the option to upgrade to the touchpad for an extra $10 and you get the 84+ keypad. 1245
Miscellaneous / Re: How did you find Omnimaga?« on: August 02, 2010, 03:28:29 pm »
I found Omnimaga when I was searching for calc84's 89 emulator. The first thing was a link to Omnimaga. It took me a while after finding the website to join up. I finally joined when I had a question about downgrading the Nspire I think. I am happy I did
