I would love to be able to access the forums through the Tapatalk app on my phone. Right now I am using the browser and the forums are really slow, especially when typing. Tapatalk integration would be absolutely amazing.

If you don't want to buy the software, you could always try tilp.

I have decided to write a program in BASIC for the Nspire that will calculate damage in pokemon games. I want it to be able to be run as a library from the scratched. How should i start on this project? EDIT: Here is an example of a damage calculator. http://pokemon.marriland.com/damage.phpI want this on my Nspire.

When you discover your classmate posted random recordings of you on Youtube and the results are damn scary. True story.
halp
Now THAT is some high quality blackmail material. There used to be a video of me on YouTube operating 7 calculators at once. My friends all considered me the biggest nerd. Now that I think about it.... They still do.

When you pull out your calc and everyone think you are a genius because you own a graphing calculator.

lol I even can't use solar powered single-line (or dual line if you want) calcs anymoar.
They annoy me to no end. I'm spoiled enough by my nspires that even a ti84 will bug me sometimes.

When, before a test, as everybody knows you have calculators to burn, all three other people at your table ask for one. And you still have one for yourself.
True story.
**Bonus points if you pulled them all out of your pockets
Happens to me all the time with my nspires. People usually give them back after they see it isn't like their cheap little solar powered calcs.

Have you tried buying a clickpad from ebay and putting in the calc?

Think someone will figure it out by the time win 8 is released?

I followed your instructions and it still doesn't recognize my calc. I will post the log when i get access to my laptop. Do you think someone could make a win8 compatible libusb using any of this information?
EDIT: I attached the log file.

I am dual booting with 7. Windows 7 has the student software on it, so that is no problem. I have a spare code for the student software that came with my 2nd nspire, but i don't want to waste it. It would be nice if i could get tilp running on win8. Takes forever to restart into win7 or ubuntu.

I am trying to connect my nspire cx (non-cas) to TiLPII so I can put some games on it without having to switch my laptop from windows 8 to windows 7 (with 7 having the student software on it). TiLPII doesn't see my calculator regardless of USB port it is plugged in to. My laptop installed the drivers for the nspire when I first plugged it in. I am running 64-bit Windows 8 if that makes a difference. Here is a screenshot of the program running if it is of any help. http://img801.imageshack.us/img801/2117/helpi.pngHow do I fix this problem?
